3 adults and 2 four legged family members.

Best host of any place we have ever stayed. Truly so helpful and accommodating. We stay here every year, the home is nicely appointed and so comfortable and is close to so many great places to eat. Our very best experience with any vacation rental.

We love staying here when visiting my family. It is so close to family and the house is just perfect for us. It is so cute and clean and has everything you need. The chocolate chip cookies are our favorite thing we look forward to.

Another wonderful stay!

This is our third stay at this rental. The location is perfect, the house the perfect size, and very comfortable. We love staying here year after year. Definitely recommended!

Best host ever!!!

We had a great stay, 2nd time we have stayed at the house. Our host was so accommodating and helpful with tips on restaurants and things we could do with our dogs. We will stay at this place any time we are in Pensacola as both stays have been wonderful!

Fabulous Pensacola Cottage

This darling home truly is the cleanest and most well-stocked place we have ever stayed. Everything you could ever need is there for you. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The backyard is also gorgeous. The host had gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It is also convenient to major highways. We will stay here for future visits to Pensacola.

Cute and spacious home!

My family rented this adorable home for a weekend away and we were blown away by how hospitable the owner was. We had all the accommodations we needed and she was more than helpful, making our stay very enjoyable! The home was very clean and had all accommodations. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Excellent Stay!

There were two couples staying here and we had plenty of room. The house simply and elegantly decorated. It's very easy to relax and take some stress off. All the amenities were perfect, from coffee pot to cooking supplies, we had everything we needed. Wonderful host!

Beautiful Blue Cottage

We are repeat guests because this home truly stands out as the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrive, everything feels welcoming and thoughtfully prepared — even down to the cookies for us and treats for our dog. The house is beautifully maintained, with cozy furniture, comfortable beds, and a fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and shaded by lovely trees. The neighborhood is quiet and located near great restaurants. Historic Pensacola is beautiful and full of history, just minutes away. The beautiful white sand beaches are worth seeing. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Cozy home

Was the perfect place to visit our son who is half way point to get too quiet cud-a-sac planes do come down low to land at Pensacola Airport didn’t bother us much during the day not as much at night no planes go by slept well. Places galore to eat and shop half way to gulf breeze beaches home was fully loaded with necessities very clean.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home!! I would highly recommend this place for your vacation needs. Home had everything we could possibly need. Fresh baked cookies and dog treats waiting for our arrival. Property manager reached out to us during a thunderstorm to make sure we were aware of the weather conditions and she let us come a couple hours earlier than check in time!! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Highly recommend this fabulous home.

This truly is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. The owner has gone way above and beyond to provide a beautifully decorated and very well-stocked home. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. The fenced backyard is gorgeous and roomy. There is a nice parking place for two cars. Great tourist and restaurant recommendations were provided. We will plan to stay there on future visits.

Wonderful home and experiance

The home was awesome and highly recommended. All we needed for our stay were us and our clothes. It was very inviting and comfortable. The personal touches like coffee and pet treats were much appreciated by the humans. However, the fur baby turned his nose up at the treats.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and 3 4-legged pets. Marisa our host was exceptional. Do not book this place via VRBO because you will be charged a service fee. Book via Evolve whom the house is listed with.

Awesome home

Perfect Comfy Stay

Book this one! Great location. Comfy beds and super comfy reclining couch and loveseat. Very large living room enabled us to entertain family. All the teenagers ran up to the loft to hang out. Screened in porch for those that needed an escape. The owners provided so many extra details from homemade cookies, laundry detergent, toiletries and games for family fun nights. Property was in a nice neighborhood close to bay and groceries. Fabulous stay!

Great stay

House was exactly as pictured - beautiful! Fit all of perfectly. Owner went above and beyond with communication and welcome. Beds were comfortable, backyard fenced with plenty of room, plenty of room inside that we comfortable but not on top of each other. Great water pressure and hot water - and shower heads were high - a bonus when at least 2 of us are 6’0 plus. 30 minute drive to beaches but that wasn’t are primary reason for visiting so that was ok. Quite nice neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful house!

We just left this property, so sad to leave. We were coming up from Ft. Myers to visit our son. We had such a wonderful time! This house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! Love the cute back yard! When we got there, there were tasty home made cookies, and some dog treats for our furry family member! Marisa is such a wonderful host! I feel like we bonded! I can honestly say, she thinks of everything you might need! This property is close to everything, couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Place Close To Everything

Amazing! Wonderfully decorated house. Upgraded everything. Mattresses were very comfortable. Free upgraded TV subscriptions!!! Free coffee bar and extras in the toiletry department. Marisa is amazing! She let us know everything we needed to know and made everything so easy. We were visiting Pensacola Christian College and the location of this house was great! 10 minutes from the college and 5-10 minutes from BJs, Walmart and restaurants. You are close to the airport and will hear a few planes here and there but they were no big deal to us. The shower is nice and powerful. I’d give this rental a 10 out of 10 if I could! Thanks so much Marisa. We will be back!!!

Clean & comfortable

Marisa, our host, is an exceptional host. She is kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful with anything ones might need while staying here. Very responsive to text messages. I fat fingered during the booking process and didn't verify the dates until we were there. I accidentally cut our stay 1 day short, but Marisa went above and beyond and made it possible for us to stay that 1 [xtra] day. Forever grateful. The back yard is large and secure for our 2 outdoor dogs to roam. There's a bit of mosquitos in the yard but well, it's FL. Master king bed and sheets are soft and comfortable, but a bit squeaky. All the bedrooms are uniquely and nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. If/When we find ourselves vacationing in Pcola again and bringing our pets, this would be the place we stay.
