Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! This lovely corner unit at remodeled Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 200mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

The Bedroom has a King size bed to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Don't forget about the coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find cable TV, WiFi and an array of books to relax after a day's adventure. Enjoy cooking in this open kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

Good location and price

Easy walk to beach. Interior is a bit old but clean and comfortable. Had all amenities. Property management responded to all of our questions immediately. Had a great time.

Steps from the Beach!

Easy beach and shops access. Several amazing snorkeling spots within walking distance. Nice lanai, with a beautiful green lawn in front. Management was very responcive.

Charming & relaxing - beautiful Kiahuna Plantation!

I booked this place for my son & I looking for an easy, beach-accessible vacation spot. Kiahuna Plantation was a recommendation from a friend & I can see why people come back here year after year. It's home-y, low key & the grounds are beautiful! Overall, I was pleased with the location of the unit & would come back here again! Good: - Location & view - All the basic amenities, having a kitchen/fridge, beach gear!, etc. - What you see in the pictures is what you get! It's not fancy but it's charming, clean, & great for a beach holiday. Not-So-Great: - Check-in did not go super smooth. Asked for early check-in & knew it wasn't guaranteed, but I could see the room was empty & ready for about a hour before the host arrived to let us in. As a single parent traveling w an 8 yr old it was challenging to just wait outside by the room w/ no urgency in the host's arrival. Texting with her was not helpful. - Key card didn't work from Day 1. We had one working card & one that straight away didn't work. Contacted Princeville right away, they said they'd have a new one to me that day (Mon) but it never happened. The whole week went by, I checked in a couple times about it, only on the 2nd to last day they said they didn't actually have any more key cards available. All week I was worried about loosing our one key and had to recheck that it still worked every time before we left the room. -A bit noisy in the middle of the night from a some sort of plumbing issue downstairs.

Great location, beautiful garden view.

Condo nicely decorated, but cleanliness and upkeep are not up to par. Someone needs to go through and check everything. This is our fourth stay at Kiahuna Plantation (different units) and I have never been as disappointed in cleanliness and upkeep as this one.
