A beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath multilevel vacation home at South Peak Resort. Located close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the base of Loon Mountain ski area’s Lincoln Express and Timbertown chairlifts.

Enter this vacation townhouse from the second level of the building. Once inside, on the entry-level, you will find a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. With exceptional furnishings, guests can enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace while relaxing in the comfortable living area. The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless-steel appliances. The dining area boasts lovely views of the river and mountains, with large windows and an inviting deck space through the French doors.

Also on the entry-level are two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a set of full over full bunk beds. There is a half bath on this level as well.
The upper level of the townhouse hosts the 3rd bedroom suite with a queen bed with a flat-screen TV and a private 3/4 attached bath. (Another suite is locked off.) Additionally, on this upper floor is the laundry nook with a washer and dryer.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at /shuttle-service/
South Peak 4F does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center. Pool and fitness club 1+ months membership can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.

Nice rental property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean & comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. Only had difficulty opening digital door lock which ultimately had to be replaced during our stay. Suggest replacing King mattress.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to South Peak for over 15 years; this year my Wife stayed in unit 4F. Upon walking in we noticed some of the rugs were not vacuumed and we. heard a toilet running. Over the next day we noticed broken furniture and the back door did not lock/ latch properly (we had to keep a chair wedged under the knob because it opened up once with the wind). This particular unit kept the master suit locked off from renters, which is understandable. But the only other king bed was in the front of the unit and there was a light that shines into the room all night. My wife and I had to store our clothes on one of the beds in another room since there were no bureaus/ dressers to store clothes. The price for this unit was not worth it and we decided to take a break from south peak for a few years. We were very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good overall experience. We’ve stayed at condos at South Peak several times and thoroughly enjoy the area as well as the condo units. A great location as well as fairly updated units.The condo for this stay was well appointed, had updated televisions and plenty of the pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils we needed for the 7 people in our crew. The only nit picky comment I’d make is it’s actually a 4 bedroom unit that only allows you to use 3 of the bedrooms as the mater bedroom and bathroom are locked off for owners use only. While the advertisement does say 3 bedrooms, blocking off the 4th essentially means there’s no use of a master bathroom for the room with a king size bed, which is a little inconvenient. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning.

Stayed with kids and they loved the proximity to the swimming hole area of the river just a short walk down the trail. Will definitely return for future trips. Great rental

Beautiful home in Lincoln. Location was excellent and close to attractions and stores in town. I loved that I could go running around the neighborhood and feel safe. My kids loved splashing in the river behind the house. Townhouse was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great Summer Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at South Peak this summer and unit 4F was a very nice place to stay. The condo had everything we needed. Surprisingly no cork screw to be found so we left one of ours. The location is fantastic right on the river and a short walk to the watering hole and the "rapids". We had a fire one night in the firepit. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading listening to river. The condo was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. All the appliances are new and we had no issues at all with anything. It was a great stay.
