This luxurious home has a private dock, pool and boat + captain! This home features more than 4,000 square feet of interior space, 5 bedrooms, 6,5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms.
The home has lots of covered and open veranda space, a beautiful pool, BBQ grill, paddleboards, rooftop deck, fully fenced yard and a caretaker and housekeeper with laundry services offered upon request.

Would you like to go fishing and cook up your catch of the day during a private beach BBQ, want to go snorkeling or visit Caye Caulker? Just talk to the captain and off you go into paradise.. All expenses to operate the boat are included except for gas and park fees if you want to visit the marine reserve or water parks.
For an additional charge we can also arrange a cook for you so you do not have to think about shopping or cooking and just enjoy your vacation.
The first-level in this gorgeous home offers a large open living room, a bedroom with Ensuite bathroom, another full bathroom and doors leading to the covered veranda and pool deck. Additionally, you have mechanical rooms, and garage. The home sits on 75 feet of beachfront with a fully fenced yard, new landscaping and a large, private dock. The space between the fence and dock offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment..
The second-level entry opens to the beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen which is a great place to hang out and socialize. This floor also has a large master Ensuite bedroom, living room and half bath. The entire floor is fronted by a large, covered veranda overlooking the pool, grounds and the Caribbean Sea.
The third-level of the house has three additional bedrooms each with built-in closets and Ensuite bathrooms. From each bedroom there is access to the large, covered veranda that spans the entire width of the home. You can also access the 4th level roof top deck which offer 360, million-dollar views of the Caribbean Sea.
This beautiful home has a great location, close to town but offers all the privacy you want. The luxurious finishes and tasteful furnishings make this one of the most sought-after properties on the Island.
We can assist you with your domestic (Belize) travel and tours/excursions. We can arrange for your ground transportation from the international airport in Belize City (BZE) to the water taxi terminal or book your flight from BZE to San Pedro. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and perfect for exploring the island. We can make a golf cart reservation for you so your cart is waiting for you upon arrival.
Activities on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro are definitely water related as Belize has the second largest barrier reef in the world. There are snorkel and scuba diving trips just a short boat ride from shore. Flats fly fishing, reef fishing or deep sea fishing can be booked for half or full-day trips. There are 2 paddle boards at the house and you can rent , jet skis, kite boards, windsurfers and bicycles by the hour. You can go parasailing or even book a helicopter tour. If you want to spend a relaxing day on the water aboard a catamaran or sailboat, we are happy to coordinate. There's even a casino on the island if you're feeling lucky! We can also schedule onsite services such as massage and a private chef.
If you want a different type of adventure, you may want to visit the mainland and be welcomed by the jungle! We can help coordinate transportation to the mainland from Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and a whole list of activities - Belize Zoo, ancient Mayan sites, cave tubing, zip lining, baboon sanctuary, hiking, rappelling, waterfalls, horseback riding, pontoon boating, butterfly farms.
