Dear Heather, I am sorry that Pointes North did not give you that ‘wow’ experience! As you may know, all the rooms here are individually owned and furnished. Some of the suites have attributes that have fallen by the wayside in the fashion department. Thank you for the feedback, we take items like this and use them to improve the guest experience.
