Este hermoso condominio cuenta con una cama king-size con un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar.
El baño tiene una 2 persona bañera de hidromasaje y ducha.
La sala de estar tiene una pequeña cocina con una pequeña nevera, cafetera y microondas por una mesa para cuatro personas. También en la sala de estar, un sofá sofá cama doble con una silla cómoda para adular a la chimenea.

televisión por cable se encuentra en la sala de estar y dormitorios.
Al lado de la sala de estar, una filtrada en el espacio de patio con capacidad para cuatro.

Pointes North Inn tiene alta velocidad Wi-Fi en todo el edificio y servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el segundo piso. Great little place

Booking was easy, the information how to get into the condo was easy to follow and it’s in a great location. The condo overall was decent and had a nice little screened in patio. It could use some updating and touch up work. The bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way and there were lots of cracks in the walls and flooring.

The facilities and the staff were fine. All of these condos are privately owned and this particular one was a disgusting, filthy dump. We ended up leaving and finding other accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, and the unit has potential but needs some TLC and updating. Bedroom carpet was badly stained, and the screened patio was unusable, as muddy looking dirt covered half of it. Although the tv was wall mounted in the BR, cords hung down the walls, which needed painting. Bath caulk was pulling away, needs replacing. The contrast in care between this unit and another one rented for my son’s family was significant. Since they’re individually owned condos, it’s advisable to check them out as well as possible before renting, as some are much more desirable than others.

A/c unit was just above the bed with no remote to access. It was very loud could not have it running when trying to sleep. No dressers or hangers to put away clothes asked staff twice and hangers were never delivered. Could not Check-in for 2 hours hours after 4 PM published check in time because the room wasn’t ready due to the facility being understaffed with cleaning crew. Property in general not well maintained. There are holes on the wall where a TV used to be that haven’t been patched or painted.

Good location but not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to check in for 2 hours after the designated check-in time (4pm) because the cleaning crew was understaffed. After a 7hour drive, this was extremely disappointing. The room was not well maintained. Stains on the carpet and holes on the wall, where they obviously moved the television. At night, it was very difficult to sleep because the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We had to turn it off. There was no remote. The only way to turn it off was to stand on the bed and reach over the nightstand . We requested hangers twice but never received them. There was no dresser to put away clothes - had to keep everything in suitcases for 5 days. The patio had a lot of mud that slid onto the space making it unusable. positives were the location - which is excellent. the deep soaking tub delivered a good hot temperature and was welcoming after a long travel day.

Location was perfect

We were able to walk into town to shop and eat and walk to the pier behind the property. The pool area was not well kept and not heated even though it was advertised as such. Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was a bit wacky but manageable. We would probably find another property next time but it was great for the price.

If you wanna stay here get the room 211 instead. Way nicer feels like luxury compared to this one and doesn’t have missing drywall, old tub, scratches on the floor, and just feels way more homey. Air doesn’t work too quick and bedroom has no windows so is super dark. Lighting isn’t the best. Just felt gloomy.

Perfect spot

I was looking for a location close to downtown that allows pets. I found this one and it was perfect for what I needed . The unit is older but clean and well maintained . Easy access. Check in was a breeze and the manager was very friendly. I will rebook here on my future visits.

Very nice and cozy for the two of us. Did have an extra room if we want to bring our kids next time which we plan on doing. Very clean. Quit at night. Had a nice pool but we did not use it. Very close to downtown so we walked one day to enjoy down Charlevoix.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented #111 Points North Inn. The location was so convenient, within short walking distance to the harbors, shopping and dining. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio and relaxing when we weren't out and about. The bedroom could use some updating, especially the flooring but I felt that was minor. We appreciated the different rooms instead of one room and a bath that you get with a hotel room. The check in was easy and front desk staff were friendly whenever we passed through the lobby.

Something that I didn't realize from the photos was that I had access to a screened in porch, which was nice to sit in during the evening to relax and unwind.The hotel was also very conveniently. It was only a short walk to the beach and located only a couple blocks from some excellent restaurants, including the Bridge Street Tap Room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location but needs updating

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and when we walked in we had the bed done up with rose pedals and candles and it was so great. The location was also perfect. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and was able to walk everywhere. Also just a short drive to Petoskey and Bay Harbor which was convenient. The place was pretty clean but it was not enjoyable when I woke up in the middle of the night to take a drink of water bottle and got an earwig in my mouth. The heated pool is half outside and half inside and we were excited to use the pool but it was freezing water due to the recent rain which was a major bummer. Front desk stayed they did not have control of the temperature. Throughout the weekend we seen a couple more earwigs and I was naturally very grossed out from the first night. The bed was uncomfortable and old and there were stains on the carpet and chair in living room. In the bathroom, the walls and ceiling are coming apart and fan in bathroom is so loud it sounds like you're going to take flight. I understand bugs happen but everything as a whole did not make us feel very comfortable although the hospitality was great. Maybe we got the unlucky room and others are better but I would not stay in that room again.

weekend stay

The property was good and older, but you can tell they are making progress in updating it. It was a great location, and everything was functional. The pool looked clean and heated.

A little disappointed

Great location...but That's it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in dire need of an update and new furniture. This unit's bedroom does not have any windows. Knowing that beforehand would have eliminated that unit for consideration. Also, I was charged a linen fee (in my 50+ years of traveling I have never encountered such a thing) for a couple small spots of blood on sheet and towel. I asked to be shown the pictures they had as justification for the charge and have not received them. Had I noticed any staining on any textiles I would have laundered them, however, the washer was out of commission. We also started our 4 night stay with a one partial roll of toilet paper and had to request another. However, we had to wait until the next day due to the fact that the front desk is not manned from early evening until morning. Though these may be small items of concern, these issues should not occur considering the prices charged for these units.

Price is right; pet friendly location

If you are looking for a place to come with your pet, this condo works perfectly. Many other visitors with dogs, small dog grass area for bathroom breaks made this end unit super convenient! The management was very friendly, helpful and provided a small dog welcome bag with bowls and treats. Only complaint is the carpeting in the bedroom was obviously old/stained and one chair in the living room was in a similar condition. Would be amazing if owner removed carpeting and replaced/recovered the chair. Overall it is how the previous reviews state... Dated but a great location!

Great Location

Very nice location. Very pet friendly. Unit is a kitchenette so smaller fridge with a small shelf for freezing. The Unit was very clean and well stocked with towels for our stay. Needed some minor maintenance. AC is window units in walls that tend to be a bit noisy .Bedroom has no windows so very dark .Rest of unit has lots of light. Screened in porch was excellent for people watching and just hanging around.
