Great place!

This rental was perfect. Beach views, just a walk to the pier & Crab Trap for dinner, short drive to Crab Island, and short walk to the beach! This stay was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful unit, well appointed would definitely recommend, not only the unit but brooks and shorty rentals they were great to work thanks to the entire staff. my only comment is the pillows are horrible and the bedding should be cotton, a polyester blend is uncomfortable.

Spring Break

Very comfy and clean. Beach chair service that was included was Great! Had two teenagers with us that enjoyed the work out room and pool. Property was with in walking distance of a couple fantastic restaurants and an ice cream place.

Great View and Condo Complex!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this complex, 4th time staying here. This rental had a great view. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the bed out from the couch so my son had to sleep on the couch (it appeared it was broken). Also, the master bath could use some shower upgrades and the guest bath didn’t hold water in the tub for her bath. Kitchen was well stocked! Balcony furniture was great! Overall, even with the little mishaps, we were super happy and had a great stay!

Best Condo

I have been going to Okaloosa Island for 25 years and this was the crispiest, cleanest condo ! The newly remodeled shower in the master! New bedroom furniture and bedding! New appliances! Everything was fabulous! Brooks amd Shorey are a wonderful management company!

Great Space and Location

This property was described just as listed and was perfect for our little family vacation. The Island Princess is located near several restaurants within walking distance and just a few short miles away from Destin. The condo itself had plenty of room and had the perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The only complaint is that we did not have an ironing board, so it made it very difficult to iron clothing during our stay. Other than that it was a perfect place!

Emerald Coast Getaway

The rental was nicely laid out and kitchen was well appointed. Nice pool and hot tub, never seemed crowded. Covered garage parking, close to elevator. Overall great experience. We will go again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time I’ve stayed in Fort Walton...but, Island Princess will now be our go-to! The condo itself was perfect, I’ve never stayed in a condo as clean as this one was—the only thing that was not too clean was the tile floors. Bathrooms were spotless, which is huge for me! The view, it simply cannot be beat. Beach attendants were super friendly. Had an issue with the tub/shower door and the air conditioning, but as soon as it was reported, it was taken care of within a few hours. We look forward to staying in 605 again!

Spring Break 2022- looking forward to 2023.

We spent three nights here and considered asking if it was available longer. Everything was clean, and as expected. The beach service was fantastic and the pool was nice. The one hick up was that there was a Keurig when the check in instructions said to bring coffee filters. We called the office and they had a brand new coffee maker delivered within the hour. The only regret is that we never looked in the second bedroom closet until we were leaving. The closet was full of boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, etc. My family of 5 found this space enjoyable and relaxing.
