¡Esta casa es una maravilla de exhibición! Sea Breeze se encuentra en el extremo norte de la isla Anna Maria, a corta distancia a pie de la playa y de Pine Ave.

Total de 4 habitaciones privadas y 4 baños, 2 habitaciones y baños en la planta baja y 2 habitaciones y baños en la planta superior. Escaleras o ascensores al segundo piso con 2 dormitorios adicionales y 2 baños en suite (el dormitorio principal en el piso superior tiene un baño para discapacitados). Nuevos pisos en todo y hermosas persianas de plantación. Disfrute de las vistas de la playa desde la parte posterior de la casa y disfrute de un amplio y exuberante jardín mientras se encuentra en el porche trasero. El plano de planta abierto hace que este hogar sea perfecto para una reunión familiar o una reunión con amigos.

Terrific experience from A to Z. First and foremost, Kari was the best host we have ever had with a vacation rental continually going above and beyond with any question or request, no matter how small. The property was a perfect setup in all facets of the trip. Great location to the beach (especially considering our little kids like to haul every toy to the beach). It was so close that if you forgot anything or needed a snack, the home was just a few steps away. The beach in this area of AMI is incredibly clean, soft and accessible as well. The property is also walking distance to a great variety of cafes, shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything you could think of (and more) for an incredibly stress free vacation. I would fully recommend staying at Sea Breeze and we will definitely be back!

Everything we could want!

This was our second stay at the property and we’ve decided it’s where we hope to stay every year. The house is comfortable and well maintained, but where it really shines is in all the things we don’t need to bring with us - basic supplies for the kitchen and baths, pack and play beds, high chairs, a few toys in the house, and everything you could want for the beach! Another huge plus is Kari, the manager! We had a couple questions during our stay and she responded quickly and took care of any concerns right away.

Perfect AMI Getaway

This property was fantastic for a few families with little kids to stay in AMI. Easy walk to the beach, awesome little pool and lots of toys already in the house. Close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location! Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for a week in July with our family, including two young kids (6, 3). The house was in a perfect location being only a block from the beach, and not far from Pine Avenue. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a great location to get all around the north end of AMI. The kids loved being able to play in the pool on the hot days as well. And the garage was stocked with all of the toys and beach amenities you could need. Inside of the house was spacious enough for all of our family with the bedrooms being spread out. And the house had all of the items you would need for a week at the beach, and a great view. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back to Sea Breeze in the future.

Family friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable and well stocked. The inclusion of baby gear and inside toys was so helpful, and we made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, toys, and bikes. So many wonderful “extras”! The short walk to the beach is perfect when you don’t want to load up for the whole day too. We hope to be back before long!

Great for Large Group

Visited AMI and stayed for 5 nights with 8 adults and 3 kids ages 2 months to 2 years. This house was perfect for our large group. Each family had their own space, plus a very large living/dining space for hanging out together. The outdoor spaces were amazing - beautiful landscaping, ocean view, heated pool with privacy landscaping, and tons of beach equipment + bikes provided. Location was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and a very short walk from shops/restaurants. The host was super accommodating and responsive - very easy to communicate with. We’d definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group to AMI.

Excellent!

This was our second time staying at this property. We had an excellent experience. Everything was perfectly clean and very well stocked. The kids really loved the pool area. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful family stay

We had a wonderful extended family trip. The house was so well stocked with towels, bikes, ice makers etc. It was a wonderful location and part of the beach too!

Beautiful house! Great beach! We cooked 4 nights and ate out 3 nights. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Men played golf twice at IMG Academy while the ladies shopped. This is a great place for a beach vacation..

Excellent house for families

This house had it all. Perfect for families with kids. lots of beach toys. Close proximity to the beach. Outstanding pool! Comfortable beds. It had kids cups and plates. No need to bring anything except yourself. One disappointment though was the price we payed for cleaning and we still had to change two sets of sheets. Our bed had a dead bug in the sheets. Our sons bed had hair on the sheets. Not sure what else wasn’t cleaned because the sheets obviously weren’t changed.

Property was superb. We were a group of adults over 60 yrs old including an octogenarian. The elevator made this stay easy. Amenities galore. Separate ice maker was uncomfortably loud & kitchen faucet often squawked, but those are the only negatives of a great week. I would give property manager (Kari) more than five stars if that was possible in this review. She consistently responded quickly with any questions we directed to her from booking to checking out.

Perfect house!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is! It has so much space for multiple families. The kitchen, den and dining area is big and open. The location of the house is great. Just a short walk to beach access. (Two houses away). They supplied everything you can think of for the beach!! They pool was a big hit for everyone after a day on the beach. It also has great sitting areas outside!!

Absolutely amazing!

This was our first time renting this house and honestly we all said it was our favorite vacation we have done. The house is in a perfect location, close to Pine St, and just a very short walk to the beach. It was super clean, and so pretty inside. Kari is an amazing property manager and we thought the entire process from checking in to checking out went without a hitch.

Sea Breeze is just that . . .

Sea Breeze is just that . . . a breath of fresh air! Kari, the property manager was professional, responsive and focused on the details of our stay. The home is incredibly spacious, thoughtfully appointed and just steps from the beautiful Gulf. As they say . . . the devil is in the details. And Sea Breeze is big on details . . . there’s an ice machine in the garage to keep your beverages cold, and a crushed ice machine in the kitchen to chill your cocktails. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, children’s sand toys, and two carts to tow it all to the beach. Plus beach towels a plenty. The outdoor pool area boasts a soft seating area, dining table for eight with a gas grill and the pool has a shallow ledge for either your chair or serves as a personal beach for littles. Oh, and accommodates an umbrella to keep it all in the shade. There’s an outdoor paver deck off the main level with beautiful garden and Gulf views, plus a second story deck to take in the sunset. And when it is time to go inside, there are four large bedrooms each with its own bath perfectly segregated for privacy. Plus a kitchen with the necessary accessories and tools, even a respectable knife set, to prep family meals. Go . . . relax and rejuvenate in this stunningly private location!

Awesome week at the beach

The house was exactly what we needed for 8 people. It had everything we needed(Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc) so we didn't have to overpack. Very close to the beach! Will definitely return!

Private and quiet, with spectacular views of the tropical gardens and view of the beach. A short walk on the sandy public path through the sea oats makes this experience even more exciting and peaceful. Because of the property being on the north end of the island, the beach is more secluded and away from the crowds. If you are looking to get away from it all - you have found your place at Sea Breeze!
