Welcome to La Internacional (the International) - direct beachfront complex on the Island next door to the famous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill.

This condo plex is in pristine condition, none cleaner on South Padre. One cool benefit of the pool area here is that it is on the West Side for afternoon sun. Most beachfront complexes are dark afternoon comparatively.

*Pool is heated year round, and crystal clean at all times. The Texas Sized outdoor Jacuzzi is massive and invitingly. warm - yes it actually. is heated and does work

This is the nicest 1 bedroom beachfront condo in International, and we state the nicest 1 bedroom condo beachfront on the Island that is not in a massive condo tower or complex where you have to lug stuff to the beach 200 yards away. SUPER convenient with kiddos

While we do allow up to 6, please understand there is 1 king bed, 1 couch that does fold pull out, and we do include 2 airbeds great for kids to slumber party the living room. Please bring extra bedding.

Towels & bed linens as well as a basic starter pack on soaps and trash bags included. There is coin operated laundry for community use on the 1st and 3rd floor of this building so super convenient if you need. On stays for more than 4 nights, you can exchange towels and linens free at our office South Padre Trips 2600 Padre Blvd South Padre Island TX 78597

Parking is first come first serve and you are allowed MAX 1 car. Do not worry - there is alot of free street parking on Gulf Blvd (City Streets) though holidays can get packed. Still not a problem..the Post Office on the Island is FREE, well lit, police patrolled, and only a few blocks away you may park there if needed.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older.
