Casa Ave del Paraiso II - 3 es una villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios diseñada con un estilo mexicano contemporáneo que mantiene el sabor de una elegante casa de lujo frente al mar. En todo el apartamento, encontrará diseños arquitectónicos distintivos y arte único que acentúa continuamente la elegancia de los espacios. Hay dos dormitorios / baños en suite (camas king) y un tercer dormitorio / baño más pequeño con dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama king size si es necesario. La villa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y su propia pequeña piscina y terraza (vistas al océano y a la selva).

Casa Ave del Paraíso se encuentra en Real de Conchas Chinas, una pequeña comunidad privada y cerrada al norte del desarrollo Conchas Chinas en Puerto Vallarta. Excellent stay for friends

We were two couples in the suite and it was perfect for our size of party. The views were spectacular and the proximity to the zona romantica was great without being in the loud downtown area

Wonderful Retreat

Such a beautiful property. The staff and management are great. It was so nice waking up to breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. Watching sunsets from the pool are a must! I highly reccomend this beautiful home.

Very nice place but needs maintenance

Wonderful housekeeper and host and good chef (extra). Breakfasts were extraordinary. Service was impeccable and not intrusive. House had a terrific view. Infinity pool was small and a bit chilly but lovely. Jungle scenery too. House needed interior updating (furniture and linens faded and worn) and some maintenance - has been popular so used a lot and it showed..

Exactly as Described

The property was clean and well taken care of . Rolf and team did an excellent job, making sure we were taken care of . Sandra took such great care of us, her breakfasts were amazing and the house was cleaned daily. We had a chef come in for one evening and the 4 course traditional Mexican meal from Balthasar was INCREDIBLE! If you want a quiet place to vacation with no distractions, but close enough for a 5 minute cab ride to town, this is the place for you. Worth every penny! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Rolf and team were fantastic!

Wonderful Villa

Our visit could have not have been better, and we will return next March to complete our stay. We had to cut our five week stay/honeymoon short by three weeks due to the COVID 19 pandemic, and return to the United States. In summary, the villa is immaculate and has a stunning view. It is quiet, and peaceful and we felt at home within a day of arriving. We were so well cared for. I have spent most of my life living and working overseas and I can say without any reservation, that this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is amazing. Can hardly wait to return. Thank you Rolf, Jose and Chella.

Heaven

Worst travel day ever melted away the second we walked in ave del parisio! The views were simply stunning. The villa was exquisite and more than we imagined it could be. The chef prepared dinner was delicious and so much needed after our crazy travel day. The rest of the days were started with an AMAZING breakfast prepared by Sandra. She was a true gem. Her giggles n smiles and hospitality were next level. And her salsas legendary. Our only complaint…. We couldn’t stay longer. Thank you Rolf for sharing your amazing property and to the girls for making us so comfortable and taken care of. Will def return.

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

My best friend and I spent four nights at the amazing villa and it met our expectations. Prior to our arrival, any questions we had regarding our reservation were promptly answered. Once we entered the villa, we knew we would have a great vacation. The prepared breakfast each day on the terrace was the perfect way to start the day. We also arranged for several dinners prepared by a local chef. The meals were delicious. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The property is a quick Uber or taxi ride to some amazing beaches and to town for shopping, restaurants and bars. The sunsets were stunning. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a very special trip to Puerto Vallarta. Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you Rolf, Nanette, Jose and everyone who made our trip special. Alphonso

WOW!!! This stay was magical.

We had the best time in PV staying at this beautiful home. The location and views from every area of the home were spectacular. We felt very safe as this was a gated community and gated home entrance. The upper floor was wide open to the outside...kitchen, dining and living room. It was amazing!!! Sandra and Luisa made a phenomenal breakfast daily and always kept the house super clean. They can also make a mean margarita!!! The house had every thing we needed and accommodated 3 couples perfectly...definitely could accommodate more. A heads up so you are prepared...the hot water in the 3 bedrooms on the lower floor goes out super quick. You have maybe 3 to 5 minutes of very hot water, then it turns very cold. We found that if you leave it running for about 3 to 5 more minutes, it gets hot again (but just for a few more minutes). Also, the beds are firm!!! I loved it, but some might not prefer such a rock solid bed. The service we were provided for this rental was quick and very easy to communicate with. They even provided massages at the house (at an additional cost). Why stay anywhere else. It was perfect vaca for us! We will definitely book here again.

Best.View.EVER

My friends and I were seeking a relaxing, private home with a pool and a view. This house exceeded our expectations! The view was even more spectacular in person, and the ocean was even closer than pictured. It was as if we were living in a luxurious tree house. Everything we saw in those trees crawling or flying around was a “grab the binoculars” moment. We woke up to a symphony of birds, fresh coffee, tropical fruit and a beautiful breakfast and the we lounged until our skin craved aloe. Rolf, Marta and Sandra were very attentive to whatever we needed and made us feel right at home. We had a masseuse come to the house which was a must-do! When we went to town to try The famous (and worth the hype) Panchos Takos and Lix for ice cream, everyone was so friendly and pleasant. We hope to return and stay st this little piece of heaven;)

Glorious Hillside Villa! You won't want to leave!

Feb 20 We had an absolutely glorious week! Thank you Rolf for sharing your beautiful home and a special thanks to Jose & team. We celebrated a 65th birthday and each day was a different adventure! We especially loved coming home at the end of the day and spending time in the infinity pool. We also loved the whale watching from the terrace! The birds were also a treat in the morning reminding us to get out of bed each morning. We just want to say the graciousness and hospitality of Rolf and Jose and the staff is the best. We particularly want to say that Mexico is such a wonderful and welcoming warm place; we just love it and the people. Mucho gusto a todo! Villa with beautiful views

This place is great if you want to be on a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of PVR. The views are amazing of the ocean and the customer service, including the breakfast and grocery shopping, were amazing touches to really make it relaxing and easy. Comfy beds with nice linens and towels helped. It’s a bit remote of a location so make sure your taxis are aware of where you’re going. We waited 10-15 minutes for taxis and Ubers were hard to call from up in the hills. That’s the one complaint. Everything else was great!

Incredible Visit

What an incredible experience, during uncertain times. My husband and I enjoyed a safe and quiet visit to Puerto Vallarta with friends, and could not have been more pleased with our time at Casa Ave del Paraiso - we are already planning our return visit! Nanette was a lovely host pre-trip (she exceeded all expectations with my pre-arrival grocery shopping list) and Rolf, Jose, and Sandra were wonderfully attentive and responsive during our stay. The trek up the mountain in our rental car, with the reward being the incredible view, service, and comfortable accommodations was an experience we will all talk about for the rest of our days. Again, cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely Amazing

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful villa in the mountains. The views are incredible. This villa everything and more than the pictures show. The artwork through out the villa is beautiful. Very clean and in a great location. We loved eating breakfast and sipping freshly made margaritas on the balcony and seeing our little iguana friend resting in the tree. The food was absolutely delicious, Fresh fruit and whatever else you request is served and so delicious.The sunset from the balcony is breathtaking. Jose’ and Juanita were fantastic. They cooked and cleaned constantly and were ready and able to assist us with our needs or special requests. Jose also set us up with a cab driver Antonio and we were able to use just him throughout our stay and for our ride to the airport. The romantic are is nice but also go downtown which backs up to the beach with beautiful artwork all around. You must try Fredys Tuscan for breakfast also. Stay at this villa you won’t be disappointed.

Exceeded Expectations

We had such an amazing time! Jose was more than accommodating, always making sure that we had what we needed while at the villa and helped us with navigating around the city. The villa provided so many relaxing spaces with wonderful views. I would book again without hesitation. Thank you!!!!

Quiet peaceful getaway spot

This villa is perfect for a few friends to get away from it all in a very secluded area of conchas chinas. The staff were attentive and true professionals at hospitality. The beds were comfortable and the view is lovely. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the trees.

No sun

All was great except for the fact that there was no disclosure about not having any sun exposure this time of year. We know it was because of alignment of house and overhangs from floors above, but I feel we should have been disclosed. I'm sure there is sun later towards summer but no one mentioned what happens in January.

Anniversary Stay

Beautiful property. Listing was spot on. The fine attention to detail was amazing!! We loved the showers, travertine and exquisite tile throughout. Great stay, highly recommend with awesome privacy, yet close to everything in town!

Even Better in Person

I stayed here in early June 2019, and from booking to check-out, the service was prompt and always friendly. The house is even better in person and all the photos and descriptions are accurate. Jose and Sandra took great care of us for breakfast, housekeeping, groceries, and any requests we had. They were there, cooking and cleaning before we woke up, and always had a smile to share. The location was great for being away from it all. I usually stay at at Almar or Signature, but my family and I wanted more peace and quiet. Did this hosue deliver! Nestled up in the hills, in a jungle-like setting, we shared our mornings with numerous species of birds, butterflies, squirrels, leafy trees, and yes June bugs, right on time! Getting down to Zona Romantica is very easy with Taxis (about $7 - $8US) and Uber (about $5 - $7USD, including tip. Base fare is about $2.50, plus we tip as much). The home is located within a small gated community, which is staffed, so no worries getting out or in late nights or Sundays. I highly recommend this house for a feeling of being away from it all, yet being close enough to it.

Annual Couples Trip

The house was amazing. From the moment we booked Nanette the property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions no matter the time of day. When we arrived to the villa it was just as beautiful as it was in the picture. Rolf was there to greet us and was very welcoming. He had the house set up with all of the groceries and things that we requested prior to arrival. Jose and Sandra were perfect. They were there every morning at the time requested preparing breakfast and setting up the table on the terrace. They were very attentive and prepared anything that we asked. Before they left they cleaned up everything including the rooms and washed all of the tiles. If you are looking for a beautiful home with a great view you have to check out this house. Thank you all for making our annual vacation so enjoyable. Another great one in the books!

Paradise Above PV

The setting is extraordinary at this home. This is a private, spotless, and well-designed home. Jose and Sandra took such good care of us--Sandra's breakfasts are delicious and Jose keeps the place in tip top shape. We spent most of our days by the pool enjoying the views and all of the wonderful birds that are at eye level on this amazing property. Really a special place, and close to town. A cheap taxi ride has you in the Zona Romantica quickly. Don't miss this opportunity to spend time in a wonderful rental.

Amazing Property!!

There are not enough words to describe this dream property in Puerto Vallarta! Jose and Sandra made our stay such a joy! We were treated to like royalty, and feel so lucky to have found this gem. The communication from the property managers was spot on, and the property is exactly as described, if not better, on their website. We look forward to our next vacation at this property!
