Ubicada directamente en la playa de Pensacola, 308 Ariola Drive es una casa de lujo de seis dormitorios y 6. 5 baños frente al golfo que ofrece elegantes acabados, alojamiento confortable e impresionantes vistas al golfo.

308 Ariola Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Con seis camas tamaño king, dos camas de día y dos literas, esta casa tendrá capacidad para 16. El nivel principal tiene un plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Dos dormitorios también se encuentran en este nivel. Los otros cuatro dormitorios están ubicados en el nivel superior junto con una segunda sala de estar y una segunda cocina.

¡El Nido del Cuervo ofrece vistas aún más impresionantes del Golfo de México y el sonido de Santa Rosa! Disfrute de la cubierta cubierta espaciosa en el nivel principal, la cubierta de sol en el nivel superior y una plataforma de observación. Incluso hay una cocina al aire libre con agua caliente y una parrilla de gas que está bloqueada contra el viento por una pared de vidrio. Dos salas de lavandería, una en cada nivel para su comodidad. El estacionamiento cubierto está disponible para múltiples vehículos.

Shuffle board está disponible en el lado del Golfo, a nivel del suelo, de la casa. The team is very responsive, helpful and kind. It was an enjoyable walk to anything we wanted to do - the pier, restaurants/bars, church, shops, etc. The house was well stocked with games, beach toys and chairs, and the beds were amazing. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation then this place is for you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our "Girls Beach Trip" in this home! Beds so comfortable, very clean, multiple decks offered shade and sun with wonderful deck furniture. We used the paddle boards too. Pool was cold but by the end of the week it warmed up and I am sure it was due to being late April. So close to restaurants but far enough away from crowds. Definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spectacular. The floor plan was actually like two separate large homes on separate floors. The kids and grandkids stayed on the third floor (2 families) and grandparents on the second floor. We used the second floor as the common area for meals and family time. The pool, porches, view and very short walk to the beach couldn’t have been better
