The location is the biggest asset of this home—it’s so stunning and hard to beat. For 4 couples this rental worked out well. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the Swift Street breweries and restaurants and Marianne’s ice cream on Fair Ave was such a treat. Everyone agreed we’d love to stay here again!

Our Family of 6 adults and 2 young kids had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this home on West Cliff Drive. The home delivered on the scenic views of the ocean. Beaches, tide pools and restaurants are a very short drive or a short walk away. The weekend went by fast; we would love to return again for a longer stay.

Great Stay , very clean and customer service was excellent with communication. The view was priceless. Close to the boardwalk. Sunset was amazing. Home was enjoyable and spacious for large family . Would recommend and book again . 5 Star

Excellent property.The only concern was that the listing showed one bedroom with THREE twin beds. There were only TWO twin beds in that bedroom. Our 12 year old grandson had to sleep on the sofa in the living room and not in the bedroom with our other grandchildren as planned.Luckily he was only there for 2 days due to sports commitments.Please revise your listing.

Excellent location and views

Love the front outdoor patio. Excellent location and views. Clean. FYI for those with mobility issues: the master bathroom shower would be difficult to get in and out, but there are plenty of other showers. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Week in Santa Cruz

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to the water, and only a few minutes drive from anything else we wanted to do. Plenty of room for our group of nine, including two teens and three younger kids.

Amazing property

Very clean, organized and comfortable property. Perfect for walking 1.8 miles to the wharf and boardwalk although far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet! We’ll be back!

Great views as well as great Santa Cruz location

We loved this property, the views from the living room and master bedroom balcony. Enough space for our 3 kids and friend to spread out and have their own space, with plenty of bathrooms for all. Loved the access to the biking/walking trail across the street, closeness to the Boardwalk and also loved heading to Natural Bridges beach to explore the tide pools.

Great Location

Loved waking up to a view of the ocean every day. The house was roomy for our family and having the TV in the 2nd living room was nice for the children. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property management team was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Marianne for sharing your house with us.

Great Stay, Despite the Weather

Our group of 9 had a great stay here this past weekend, while celebrating birthdays for two family members. The weather was wet and windy, but offered enough breaks to enjoy the nearby coastal walking path, some local parks, excellent meals out and a great trip to the nearby Seymour Marine Discovery Center. The house was definitely big enough for us all to spread out in, and offered plenty of space for games, puzzles, group meals and other activities while the rain poured outside.

Excellent property!

We had a fabulous time. If anything, the property described undersells it, as there are 4 full bathrooms, not 3 1/2. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, candles, placemats, and a lot of linens and towels. We held several dinners with 9+ easily and the ocean view and boardwalk/beach access were great! We'll be back!

Great property but the property manager was not responsive.

The house was great and a fantastic location, but we ended up leaving a day early because the power went out. It was out for hours and it became clear that it was unlikely to be restored so we left. The property manager did absolutely nothing to address the situation and couldn’t even bother to return my phone calls at any point over the past few weeks. We also only had one key on check-in and there was no garage door opener. The owner was kind enough to bring us a second key. Great property but useless property management.

Due to the storms, we had homes all over the county lose power. Many of our guests were compensated for the nights lost. Our property manager attempted to reach out to this guest multiple times to negotiate a refund. She graciously gave Megan her personal cell phone to be reached. Bailey Property Management will always try to advocate for our guets when they deserve a refund. We find this review unfair.

Beautiful views of the Pacific! More than adequate kitchen supplies and equipment. Wonderful large dining room table for family dinners. When we had a plumbing issue (backed up kitchen sink), response was extremely prompt and the issue was quickly resolved. We had a terrific stay!

What a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six guys, all eighty year old, on an annual retreat spent a week at this house. The view was amazing! The interior had just been painted and the furniture and decorations went well for the ocean location. A Safeway was close by which added to the convenience. We walked the bike path every day which was very popular with the locals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This roomy home is ideal for two families and sleeps eight comfortably. There are ten chairs for the dining table, and plenty of plates. (Main set of dishes has gold rim on dinner plates, that don’t work in microwave.) Ample pots and pans for family meals. Check propane supply well before planned barbeque meal.The views and access to West Cliff walks (and Almar Shopping Center) are wonderful. It’s a short walk to Natual Bridges beach and tidepools and easy drive up to Wilder.
