The home was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. The views from the kitchen, family room, and patio were beautiful. Very convenient location to Zion national park. Tyler was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We four adults enjoyed staying at this location for 7 nights. We arrived at 12:40 a.m. due to flights delays and check in was so easy and we were grateful. This property is well appointed and had many amenities. We used the grill which was easy. Kitchen had everything and it was close to Davis Food and Pharmacy. This location was very close to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, as well as many golf courses. We did like the beautiful view and the easy directions to get to and how very quiet the area is. We ate at 3 of the recommended restaurants the owner gave in his very nice online rental manual. This property is very close the Zion Hot Springs. Do not miss this when you are in this area. It was so relaxing and fun after a day at Zion.The only complaint we had was the bed pillows were very flat and beds were too soft. The queen size bed was squeaky and each time one person rolled over it woke the other. The second bedroom door was very squeaky but could be remedied with a little WD40. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the State Parks and the National Parks. S. Weiss

We stayed in this beautiful, clean home for 3 nights. There was 5 adults and it was very spacious and comfortable. Back yard has a great view and out front there is ample off street parking space. Would definitely stay here again.

My family absolutely loved our time at Mountain View. It was the perfect retreat after a day of hiking with room to spread out and relax while still enjoying the mountains. The basketball, ping pong table and playground was the perfect way to keep my kids occupied while my husband and I enjoyed the fire pit outside. The house was clean, comfortable and a great location to Zion but out of the park enough to avoid crowds. Tyler and the team were in constant contact making sure we had everything we need. It was a perfect vacation.
