It's best to have your own car for getting around as there isn't much public transportation available.

There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. Easy access to Zion; great home base

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Tyler’s property in La Verkin. It was our home base for our trip to visit both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The location is very convenient to Zion with all the necessary amenities nearby. We highly recommend this house for your home away from home while adventuring in Southern Utah!

The perfect VRBO for our family who was hiking and touring around Zion National Park. Tyler and Amy were great to check in with us. It feels like a brand new home with all the amenities. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the half bath downstairs near the laundry room was helpful for busy times. The kitchen is spacious for eat-in meals. We did enjoy dinners at El Rancho and the Main Street Cafe, too. We hope to come back again as this La Verkin VRBO fit all our needs! 10/10

The Perfect Place!

This home is extremely clean, fully stocked & beautifully decorated. We wanted to stay somewhere centrally located in order to attend an event in St. George, snowboard at Brian Head & hike Zion National Park. This home was THE perfect place. We look forward to staying here again.

GREAT RENTAL!

This rental was all that our family needed for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National park. The location was great and within a short driving distance to many locations. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. It was a relaxing home after a day of adventures. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Tyler’s home was perfect for our short stay. We travelled to La Verkin from Tennessee to do some hiking for my husband’s 50th birthday. The home was very clean, completely ready for our stay when we arrived and very comfortable. Thank you Tyler! We will be back!

Nice home away from home

Our stay in La Verkin was great. The homeowner was very responsive and met all of our needs. It is a corner home located in a neighborhood that is fairly quiet and just down the street from a market which came in handy. The only negative was being half an hour from Zion which added up to driving back and forth a lot. Otherwise, this was a nice home away from home.

Beautiful home

My family and I decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Zion over Christmas break. We found this home on VRBO and thought it looked perfect for our mini vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and cozy everything was. It was about a 20 minute drive to zion and had amazing restaurants within a 5 minute driving range. The owner communicated very well with us and made sure we got checked in ok. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home especially if you are planning a trip into Zion.

Zion Trip

This home was exactly as described and was an excellent place to call our home base for our visit to Zion National Park. The entrance to Zion and several restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Springdale, UT. This home was easily accessible and has plenty of room. The Owner of the property was very attentive and checked in several times prior to our visit and during our visit to ensure everything was as expected. We would definitely use this property in the future.

Perfect House outside of Zion!

My husband and I took my in-laws on a trip to visit a couple national parks. When I was looking for a place to stay while visiting Zion, this Vrbo was available. La Verkin is a great area to stay outside of Zion without the business of Springdale and the remoteness of Orderville. I was very impressed with the place. It was clean, spacious and had nice thoughtful touches throughout the home. Tyler was a wonderful host and communicator. He messaged me during my stay to check in and see how things were going. I highly recommend this place!

Thanksgiving in Zion

You can tell that there was some care given to remodeling this house as well as in its upkeep. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with utensils and condiments. Communications with Tyler were responsive and clear. There were games for us to play with the kids during down time. The distance to Zion was accurate. The crowds could not be avoided unless you went to Kanab. There were local attractions that filled in.

Great Home away from home

We loved our stay in this property, we were there for 6 weeks and it felt like a Home away from home. Very comfortable home and well furnished with everything needed. The location in LaVerkin was perfect for us. We love this area as it is perfect for exploring the parks and all of the beauty that is Southern Utah. We are golfers and enjoyed many rounds including Sky Mountain, Green Springs and the Palms in Littlefield AZ. We enjoyed great meals at the Stage Coach Grille, Pig’s Ear, Lupitas and Balcony One. We truly hope we will be able to winter in the area this coming winter and would love to stay at this property if available.
