Our beautifully decorated unit at Tidewater sits directly on the beach and features all of the amenities you could ask for to go along with a perfect location close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions. Everything on your wish list! Invite the whole family! Up to six people can have vacation here! Our condo on the 12th floor has beautiful tiles, a fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, and we also have a washer/dryer in the unit! Living Room has a 37 inch flat screen TV with a DVD Player, while master bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player as well. Master Bedroom has a King bed with dresser and mirror. The expansive balcony allows everyone to enjoy watching the dolphins in the early morning or the amazing sunsets views.

This unit had a spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The unit was clean. We had one issue arise on the last night of our stay, late at night. Our host was very quick to respond and was helpful and communicated well.

Room and location were great, everything was as described. The host was very responsive. The balcony door was very hard to open. The elevators were an issue our whole stay. They have several elevators but one or 2 was being worked on at all times making wait times very long, which is out of the hands of the host of course. We would stay here again.

Property is warn, but clean. The master is on the outside hall away from the balcony, so there is no view. The master bath had a leak we think was coming through the wall from upstairs unit. We did report this. Kitchen was stocked well,no there was no need to bring extra utensils. Had a coffeemaker, so we took our Krueger....great location lon the strip, convenient to grocery, restaurants and entertainment...parking garage was difficult to figure out the flow, but clean....not very well lite..We would stay there again....

Condo was perfect, very clean, great location. Good service, great customer service. Only problem we had was one of the main elevators was not working. But other than that. Great stay at Tidewater Beach Resort. Will definitely stay again

Better than pictured

Great condo. Was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was great. The beach was FANTASTIC and not a long trek from the condo to the water. The kitchen items are minimal, but we managed with what was available, no problem. Plenty of towels and linens and the hot water was great.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was clean, stocked w/paper supplies & toiletry necessities. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Not that I came to the beach to spend time in the room watching tv, but seating in the livingroom was not comfortable at all.

Nice and clean

The place was nice and clean. Great location. The wait for elevators in the building is ridiculous long. The mattress in the bedroom is extremely worn out and needs to be replaced.

this is my 10th time staying at Tidewater properties, the TV needs repairing in the master other than that the stay was fine.

Fall Break

The condo was exactly what we needed for our Fall Break. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to beach and other activities. Only issue was not with the condo itself, but the building operator and the hot tub was not heated very well.

Family vacation

The only thing bad about this property was the elevator u had to wait over a hour just to even try to get on to do anything so we had to take the stairs a lot whew that killed my legs but we enjoyed ourselves other then that very friendly place

Great location

The condo was very nice and clean. Had extra toiletries if needed. We did bring our own just in case. Great location to other areas of town. Easy access to beach. Only downfall was the elevators. We had to very long waits for the elevator which is out of control of the condo owner. Would love to stay again!!

ruin down from the last time i stayed 2 years ago. Refrigartor door would not shut and my food spoiled , IT took 3 days for someone to fix it. No wash clothes not enough towels.

Great location, great view of beach. Elevator for building is ridiculously slow. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space.

We had issues with the sliding glass door being so hard to get open. The curtains on the door were falling down and it took two days to get someone to fix it. The room was not ready at 4 like it was supposed to be. We were stuck outside the room for over 30 minutes waiting for the room to get cleaned.

Be Advised

This unit is part of a 30 story complex. Although the unit itself is fine--bathrooms are awkward and small, but you will share the facility with 100s of other guests. You will share minimal working elevators, luggage carts, parking lot, and beach and pool space with many others waiting for the same amenities. There is also an additional charge for parking and use of the facility. The view from the balcony is beautiful, but often hard to enjoy because of the smokers--tobacco and weed, in other units.We might consider returning to Panama City Beach; the beach and location are lovely, but I will be careful to research the property with greater care.

The amenities of Tidewater are top notch including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, beachfront exercise room, movie theater, covered parking, cable TV and wireless internet throughout the facilities. Tidewater beach resort is located at the west end of PCB. It is right on the beach and also is in close proximity to Pier Park where shopping, entertainment, restaurants and kids' playing park are all in one place.

Our unit is located on the 12th floor, which makes you not miss the panoramic views of the ocean from our balcony. The breathtaking sunset view over the ocean is also unforgettable. Free wireless internet and cable TV provided for the guests just adds to the entertainment package.
