Villa 8 at Villas By The Cove is a 1 bedroom villa just steps from beautiful white sand beaches. Charming, convenient, and clean, this 700 sq. ft. unit offers privacy and comfort set back in a tropical lush garden filled with mango and palm trees. Villa 8 sleeps 2 adults in one king bed and one adult (or two small children) on the living room full size sofa bed.

Experience an older Hawaiian style charm with a modern twist in this fully furnished villa suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

Our property offers shaded, tropical landscaped grounds, private gated parking, free hi-speed wifi, A/C, and access to gas bbq grills.
2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach umbrella and 1 cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beaches just across the street. Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from the Cove Beach Park where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in the The Cove's gentle beginner waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street.

Villas By The Cove is within easy walking distance of endless recreational activities and entertainment for all ages. For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sun bathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and whale watching. Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, a bustling farmers' market, shopping plazas, spas, salons and nightlife are all a short walk away, and nearby Kalama Park offers tennis courts, basketball courts, a roller skating rink, large playground and running paths. A golfers' paradise, the Maui Nui Gold Club is 2.2 miles away, and the world famous courses in Wailea and Makena are a short 10 minute drive from the property.

BEST PLACE EVER TO STAY IN MAUI

The Villa was perfect! Full equipped kitchen with all the amenities. You cannot beat the location. Enjoyed the boogie boards, and paddle boards. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful Villa

We really enjoyed our time at this gorgeous, well kept property. Villa was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Enjoyed the perks of having a pool and grill area just steps from the front door. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

This place is a gem. The villa itself was great and had everything you need. The property was great also with the pool, grounds, and yoga studio. The beaches out front were great for the sunset and there’s one that has sea turtles at night time. We didn’t realize that they had paddle boards until we were about to checkout. Really enjoyed this property and would rather stay here than a fancy resort.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our visit last year so much that we came back again this year. The best feature of this property is the location -- one block from Charley Young beach and right across from a surf beach that's perfect for paddle boarding. It's great to just drive right up to your unit and the sunsets are magnificent. It's nice to have the use of beach chairs, boogies boards, a beach umbrella and snorkelling at no extra charge. Ralph always goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

Very clean & cozy villa across the road from walking into the ocean. Lovely accommodations with access to beautiful pool, bbq and cabana. Boogie boards and beach gear available to borrow. Will definitely be coming back for another visit soon! Aloha ☀️😎

Excellent location with excellent amenities!

Expectation were high and exceeded both my wife and I's expectations. Quality from the bedding to the bathroom to amenities, pool and available beach chairs, umbrella and buggie boards. Really enjoyed our stay! Low key but at walkable distance to food and stores. The place sets its self apart due to proximity to surfing spot used mainly by locals. I know the phrase is over used, but would hands down stay at Villas by the Cove.

Awesome vacation!

Clean, comfortable accommodations - exactly what we were expecting. The cottage had most everything you need to enjoy your holiday. I found the bed to be comfortable and slept well every night! You can't beat the location - we just loved it! Ralph and the female staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends! Mahalo Ralph and the friendly people of Maui!

Sweet villa

Beautiful, quiet, clean, well decorated villa complete with beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. Staff was pleasant, responded immediately to any concerns ( not many!). The bed and bedding were delicious . Beautiful clean pool also. I would recommend.

Hidden Gem!

Fantastic garden bungalows steps from the sand and surf. Excellent Kihei location. Walking distance to food, drink and shopping. The units are beautiful, clean and modern. On-site Property Manager is a rock star. He took care of any question or issue we had. Trully a great property and an excellent value!

Hidden Treasure!

Ralph, I enjoyed my stay at Maui Cove Inn. It's a quaint little place with character and charm and what a location!! Cross the street to a beautiful cove. It was a perfect spot to set out on paddleboard excursion. In walking distance to just about everywhere you need to go. Short walk to great beach for sunset. I will be booking my next trip at the Maui Cove Inn. Thank you for your hospitality, fresh guava and mango from your trees. Aloha and mahalo.

Wonderful and simple

Everything as advertised. Support and communication from the property manager is exceptional. Pool is beautiful and a short walk to one of Maui’s Highest rated beaches. Personalized parking for those that are renting. And the complimentary hot yoga is great! Only one complaint, the marijuana smell from the parking lot on the other side of the road can be quite strong at certain times of the day.

Mid-century fabulous

We enjoyed a lovely string of days here. Well designed & decorated space. Management talked us through a TV snafu. (It wasn't them; it was us.) Only concern to pass along is sharp edges on fridge door and the coffee table could cut.

Little bit of Heaven on Earth

We have been going to Maui for years, to escape the cold winters and enjoy absolute paradise. Our favorite place to stay is Maui Cove Park Inn. The villas are very clean and have a cozy, comfortable feel. We love the privacy of having our own little stand alone home, that a high rise cannot possibly offer. Also the added convenience of driving right up to your door is a great plus. The property grounds are lush and well maintained, providing a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy time on the patio or a barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. etc. Laundry facilities are right on site, so no wasted time at the laundromat. The manager is very helpful and goes beyond the norm, with a sincere desire to ensure your stay is comfortable, as well as memorable. Improvements and updates are ongoing. If anything were lacking, it would pale in comparison to the great location. The ocean is just across the street!! A few things we enjoyed that were very convenient due to location, are stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, bicycling, great snorkeling, whale watching, and moonlit ocean strolls. There are excellent parks and beaches, water sport rentals, grocery and health food stores, restaurants, nightlife, and a library, all within short walking distance. We really enjoy our time at Maui Cove Park Inn. We hate to leave, and can't wait to return!!!!

Amazing villa in Kihei

We stayed at villas by the cove on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The villa was nicely presented, as soon as you go past the main gate and walk to your villa, you know you’re on holiday. The little pool area and the plants make you feel like you’re in paradise. The villa itself was clean and well kept. We were able to use the paddle boards and boogie boards that were provided - super handy having it stored just outside of your villa. The location was perfect. Across the villa, is the cove beach where you can see locals rocking up and go paddle boarding/surfing. If you walk a little further down to Charley Young Beach, this place is amazing for sunsets. We watched the sunset every day - it was amazing. There are so many food places around which makes this place the perfect location to stay. It’s also easy to get around - whether you want to explore the north island or the south, Kihei is a great starting point. We’d love to come back here! If you’re deciding to book this villa, book it - you won’t regret it!

I have stayed in Maui 3 times. The previous two times where in 5 star resorts. The Villas are better. Location, cleanliness, service, amenities, etc. You can't do better.

Condo and property

The condo was great, clean private, safe and ready for a party of two. Beach chairs need cleaning (some soiled spots), bed was comfortable and clean! I’d recommend adding a bathroom fan or noise defuser since the door allows all noises in and out. Had some difficulty getting the Nespresso to operate but eventually it worked. Overall a very nice rental, I will return.

AMAZING place for a getaway

Villa 8 could not have been a better fit for our family. It was modern, clean, and had a nice ocean view. It was also steps away from a fantastic pool that we used several times per day. We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon!
