The hotel is old and the outside looks very rundown No elevator and 3 floors I was wary of what our room would look like because of rundown appearance of outside but our room was clean and comfortable Having the bedroom and 2 bathrooms was nice Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need except oven but we did find a small toaster oven in the cupboard Could use better garbage bags as the ones they provide are very thin and rip easily Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful as we dealt with outside reservations not thru the hotel We were on the 3rd floor and the flights of stairs are killer but we were entertained by a nest of 4 baby birds WiFi is spotty actually not good at all Plenty of parking and access to beach was good We watched very little TV but what we did watch had a good assortment of channels Didn’t use the swimming pool so not sure if it was warm or cold Would stay again but maybe on the first floor

I would come again. Beautiful scenery and the place was amazing with ocean view. We all enjoyed our time here. My granddaughters from Alaska were here with grandma and it was a great time and treasured memory!!

Snowy Weekend

this was the first time we saw it snow on the coast and watch the beach turn white. it was beautiful! the property was clean, well maintained, and was comfortable. We had no need to contact management about anything! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Mother Daughter getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Our favorite was the huge window that overlooks the ocean. We saw several whales spouting and loved watching the pelicans. Would stay there again.

Too difficult to prove identity credentials. Can’t really figure out why more than a credit card is needed. This was a huge hassle. There was a kitchen but only 3 forks! Two bowls and one wine glass. That’s just crazy.

Everything worked except for the shower pressure. Very dated. No new furnishing since circa 1990. Good basic lodging but not worth the rate.

We loved the location of this property, but there were a number of issues we experienced. We would consider staying at this property again, but not this unit. 1. No WiFi in the unit — with two small children that made it very tricky for us. The listing does not specify that WiFi is not available, and honestly would have impacted our choice of lodging. 2. No hangers anywhere, which is odd. 3. An oven is listed on the amenities listing. While there is a plug in toaster oven, that is definitely very different from an ‘oven’ especially if a family is planning on bringing a frozen lasagna or something for an easy meal.4. The safety lock on the left side window is broken. This is a serious risk — especially when traveling with two small children.5. The bed in the main living area is extremely soft with a warped divot in the center. Most adults may have trouble comfortably sleeping on that surface.6. The dining table near the window is wobbly — this poses a challenge with feeding little kids. 7. When contacting the host about hangers and WiFi I was never followed up with. 8. The swimming pool, though mostly clean had very concerning water damage including sinking areas of the ceiling above the pool. The hot tub is not actually in order. Great views! Loved the beach access! Kyllo’s was delicious and easy to walk to.

Great stay!

The only difficulty was the wifi, which never did work and I understand from another guest that this is an ongoing issue. For me it was not any big issue. I would gladly stay again or recommend this place to another!

Best Location Ever!

Beds were comfortable and condo had a stunning a view. Check in was difficult because I was sent the wrong code. Thankfully, someone answered the phone after 4:00 P.M and gave me the correct #. I didn’t realize it's on the 3rd floor- no elevator.

Spring Break Getaway

Bring your own corkscrew, theirs is terrible! They also do not have a secure WiFi connection and when I called the PM the girl helping me was not that helpful.

Totally okay place to stay

The room was fine and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. Way better pillows than you usually get at a hotel. The room is old and kinda gross. Really needs a cheap version of a remodel. The cable didn’t work but I brought my PS5 so I just used that for entertainment so the cable didn’t really matter. All in all, not horrible for one person for a getaway weekend. Wouldn’t be great for a couple or family.

Properties heater controls did not work properly. So it’s hard to be comfortable. One single remote

No ironing board. Kitchen sink faucet did not work very well. Was highly disappointed in the quality of the condo. Window latches did not work properly also.

Anniversary stay not great!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. You could also tell it had been broken into, the front door would open on its own. Good luck if you stay here

One window screen was torn. All around the unit could really use an upgrade, but if that doesn't bother you it's wonderful and the view is amazing. The WIFI was also not working and when calling the customer service number, they blamed it on the hotel. I think adding a sleeper sofa would be better than the dining table.

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was the keys left for the pool did not work. This was very disappointing since it was the reason we choose this property over others. Otherwise the view and beach access was excellent, which was important to me since I was vacationing with small children and needed the convenience in order to enjoy our stay. Just as a side note, the condo is listed as having an oven. We arrived with a full size pizza and discovered the only oven was a toaster oven. We made do, but this would be information you might want to consider making note on the listing for future guests.

Ok

There were defiantly some issues. Heat did not work and the heaters that were brought to us continued to kick the breakers. There is a tile between the kitchen and living room that is loose and cracked and needs to be addressed. The family next to us was like a herd of elephants and left the hallway a mess and were very disruptive. Also we just had your next tenant walk in while we were getting ready !!!! Besides this the place was ok for the price.

Had a very upset 9 year old. When we got back called the number and she said that she would pass this information along to her boss and he will get back to me. Well he never did. We will never use this place again. You say pool use and nope not for this room. False advertising.

This room does have pool access at the Sea Gypsy Condominium, so it is not false advertising. Unfortunately, it seems that someone from an earlier stay may have accidentally taken the key with them after departure.
