This spacious, beautiful Studio with 1 bathroom that has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, including a new bathroom, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings!
Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, this spacious 400sqft studio provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 2 beds, this property sleeps 4 comfortably. Here is what the studio includes:
Living Room:
• Full sized sofa with a queen pull out bed
• Flat screen TV equipped with cable and Roku/Smart TV
• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment
Kitchen:
• Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances
• Dinner ware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making a meal
• Coffee maker with complimentary coffee
Bedroom:
• Comfortable Queen bed with luxurious linens
• Large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes
Bathroom:
• Beautifully renovated bathroom complete with towels and washrags
Extras:
• WiFi Access
• Storage shed for beach equipment
• Beach equipment including: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, and a beach wagon to transport it all
