1400 sq ft of living space. The Villa is located in a nicely wooded area; that contains a pool and a pond with a fountain. It has 2 patios: to relax and enjoy the view. The upstairs patio can be accessed by both bedrooms so you can sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The property is located near Coligny Plaza and beach; and is a 3 minute drive to Sea Pines gate where you can shop, dine or simply relax on the beach. The beach is a short walk or bike ride from the Villa. The Villa has cable, Apple TV and internet and is stocked with the comforts of home.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Hilton Head (again!) the location is perfect, just a short bike or walk to the beach, coligny and restaurants.The condo is as expected and contains everything you need for your stay- highly recommend!

Best home away from home

Clean, well stocked with everything beach and child including beach toys, indoor games, baby gates. Beautiful home with beautiful furniture. Property owner was wonderful. We stayed with our two daughters under 12 and dogs and had the best time.

Fun in sun

Everything was great but finding the condo was hard. About 5 neighbors helped. After that it was easy and no complaints.

Unit Review.

Unit was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good. Pool was nice. No welcome info, didn’t know we could walk to the beach. Some repairs needed in master bathroom plus a better dresser in the bedroom. Quite a few dishes were cracked and chipped. No kettle, can opener does not work. Could be that it was the end of season but the whole unit needs a deep clean. Unit upstairs was being renovated, banging and scraping the whole time (not our hosts fault).

Best place close to everything

From the start of our trip Annette was attentive and informative as we came in during tropical storm Debbie . She checked in on us to make sure we did well weathering the storm and provided suggestions to prepare for it as well . The location of the unit is very well situated to coligny plaza and the beach which was great for us. The grounds and apartment were in good condition and clean . Given the storm lingered a few days the grounds did a good job with debris cleanup . The apartment was well equipped with items for the beach which included beach chairs and a wagon to tote our items. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were very helpful. If you are traveling with pets it was a great stay as there is space to take them for walks . Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again

Perfect family beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for families or couples. Can’t beat the location with an easy 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to the beach and close proximity to coligny. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Annette was easy to work with and responsive. We will be back next year!

The condo was nice wish that we had known that the beds were upstairs. I was too much postop for a total knee made it quite difficult to get up and down very difficult to find one much of of a view from any of the balconies, but overall, it was a nice place to say.

Heritage week

Overall good. The bus from Coligny to Harbor Town was great. As mentioned in other reviews- only one beach chair but the beach wagon was awesome. I dont believe there is air conditioning upstairs...we ran the fan constantly...it is April but we had a very warm week.

Hilton Head Vacation.

Great unit in great location. The unit is very eell equipped. Everything you could possibly need, the unit provided it. My only negative is the unit could've been a little cleaner. The unit was quite dusty on window sills, ceiling fans and bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and the unit is spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

Had a good time here. Great location, easy to bike everywhere from this location and easy walk to many things as well. Treetops is nice housing complex and grounds. Easy check in and check out and place has everything you need.

First Family Vacation

Great place to stay. We had our infant son with us. The condo had everything that the adults needed and plenty of room for the plethora of stuff we brought for him. We had so much fun and walked to the beach every day!

Quiet spot in a wooded area.

The location was very nice. Short walk or drive to everything we needed (early morning walks on the beach plus a great dog park on the Island). Easy access to pool via a path right off the patio. Plenty of room for me and the dog.

Great 1st floor end unit and will definitely be rebooking for our next stay

I booked this unit for my Boyfriends birthday week. We both had to work while there, but the kitchen table was plenty big for our computers. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the location is so convenient to shops and restaurant's. It is also very dog friendly which we loved. Annett was an amazing host and we will be booking again !!

Wonderful Christmas celebration

We had a wonderful family Christmas. The villa was perfect for family visits. The beach was a short walk, and the fact it was pet friendly made it perfect for us.
