This house is so close to the beach and Belmont, restaurants surrounding, and the perfect size for 6-8 people! We come to SD 3-5 times a year and I’d definitely book this again if available !!

Exactly what the listing says. Great location and full stocked with essentials like dishes, cookware and beach stuff. A little outdated but well maintained. Some of the outlets were finicky. But we managed just fine. One of the easiest check-in/out I’ve experienced yet!

Very nice, clean property that was very convenient to the beach. It could get a little warm during the day, but the fans in the house helped tremendously. We may very well return in the future.

What a great place to stay! Note to future renters-the place also includes access to a rental shop so you can get surfboards, wetsuits, skates, and bikes included with your rental. Great value and awesome location.

Great location - walk to the beach and Belmont Park. Busy area during day but great to have options of things to do/or just chill. Enough space for 3 couples - car park is tight, but there is local free parking. Nice to have options of food delivery so we don’t have to shop when we arrived.

The host was very accomodating. The house is very dated and our guest said his shower wall was very dirty. The location is excellent.

The property was beautiful! Kitchen had all the dishes we needed and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. The parking space was convenient. The rooftop was beautiful, and can’t beat the short walk to the beach. We even got to see some unexpected fireworks. Great communication throughout the process. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was very nice and close to the beach access. Beds were very comfy and the place was kept very clean. The rooftop access was also a plus to enjoy the scenary. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect. The neighborhood is close quarters but it was quiet and friendly. The house was clean and had a lot of beach gear.

Great location and comfortable layout.

We had a great time enjoying the views and close attractions. Once you are there, you have everything in walking distance. The home had chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. Worked out perfectly for our group, and highly recommend this property.

Great location

Restful and great view from the rooftop. Water heater went out but it was fixed within a couple of hours of letting the owners know.

The location was perfect!! Everything was very easy to get to! Beach access was great! Rooms were nice and extra bathroom was very convenient to have. The only issue was the outlets were not working when we got there in the main area but they called and got us access to breaker to reset it. Maybe need to update electrical. Plenty of fans to stay cool but make sure if you stay you are aware there is no air! There were five of us and it was a nice space. Liked the patio access to view the beach! Also please make sure if you rent a vehicle you check the limitation on the size of vehicle and you need to be really good at parking. It’s tight! Overall great time!!!
