Home Away From Home

The property had everything we needed. It was quiet at night, close access to the beach, stores, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

26th Wedding Anniversary

Great time celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary. VB feels like a second home for us. Always great to come back and stay with prior hosts. Great condo, great location, able to walk to beach, restaurants, etc without issue. And so happy our dog was able to join us. Can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Location!!!

This property is great!!! Perfect location for a wedding at the Lesner Inn. Beach access was super close. Walking distance to everything we need to do. Highly recommend.

Great Place!

We loved the condo; it was a short walk to the beach, and easy access to everything we wanted. The place was clean and very well stocked!

Amazing

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. We loved being close to the beach. The area was great for walking and biking, close to all the tourist attractions, but just far enough off the beaten path to feel relaxing. We could not have asked for a better stay.

It was nice to stay there, quiet in the weekdays only, weekends are noisy other neighbors not from the property. I didn't like that the beach is too far away from the property the real beach virginia beach oceanfront, next time be more specific on what kind of beach you are telling people, because of that picture you advertise, makes people think they are really in front of the real beach.

Fabulous Location

This condo was absolutely fabulous. It is literally 2 minute walk to the beach access. The rooms were comfortable and I've never stayed at a Vrbo with such an impressively stocked kitchen. The host responded quickly and answered all our questions. They were also very responsive. It was a lovely stay.

Great location. Perfect for our needs. Didn’t find any check-out instructions so we did the usual. Towels in the shower. Stripped bed. Sheets by washer. Ran the dishes. Left our bar of soap in shower. None supplied.

My husband, two kids (7 and 3), and I stayed here for a family trip to the beach. Everything was easy and as described. House was plenty big enough for the four of us. Quick 5 min walk to the beach was easy for kids. Near some good restaurants. Would stay again.

Great place close to the beach!

My husband, mother-in-law and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay! A quick walk to the beach, friendly neighborhood, restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Virginia Beach. The townhouse was clean and stocked with about anything you need. Svetlin even had a ice in the freezer. The beds were a bit firm but the rooms were quiet and comfortable otherwise. Would stay here again.

Clean Modern Duplex

Clean modern space. The high ceilings in the dining/living room area were nice. The double shower was a nice modern touch as well. Shared back deck area was clean and had a grill.

Great place!!!

Clean. Welcoming. Easy. It was a good time, but I think it would be better for a smaller family than ours (eight of us), or a group of adults/teenagers. 25 minutes to the boardwalk and touristy side of Virginia Beach.

Overall a nice stay

Good location near good seafood restaurants! Nice beach area. The unit is accessed from 3rd flight of stairs, well lit; but noisy probably because it backs up to a restaurant parking lot on main road. The only drawback to the unit for us is lack of air circulation in bedrooms and thermostat set too high for comfort. Even though I could decrease the temperature on the thermostat, it never decreased the actual temperature in the bedrooms.

Beware

Stayed here last week. Porch light flashed like a strobe Light. Temp in unit was 86 degrees, when I contacted the owner I was told, “look for a snowflake.” Had inquired about pets and was told they’re welcome and reserved only to discover an excessive up charge without notice a week after my stay. Owner changed his listing after my stay as a cya. If you rent here, read the fine print.

Great place

Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc i also see the other side and ppl dont always take care of whats not theirs. But all and all i probably will stay again when we come back next year!

It's the perfect vacation spot. Only a min walk to the beach, probably the closest you can get without having a direct view of the beach. It's in a very nice area, quiet and relaxing not the touristy loud part of ocean front. If you want to be a part of the crowd the main beach is one turn and about 10 min drive. There are also a lot of nice restaurants and bars close by.
