Svetlin and his property were phenomenal. The location is perfect for a beach getaway, and the property has all the amenities you could need. The owner is quick to respond to questions as well!

We had the perfect stay, just a short walk to the beach. Communication was excellent and very responsive. We brought our pup and had plenty of places to walk him on the street. Would deff book again

Plenty of space and minutes from the beach!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in one of the owners rentals. Last year we stayed in the 1st floor studio. This rental unit is large and could sleep 6 easily. Clean and all the necessities included. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will stay again!!!

Amazing

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. We loved being close to the beach. The area was great for walking and biking, close to all the tourist attractions, but just far enough off the beaten path to feel relaxing. We could not have asked for a better stay.

It was nice to stay there, quiet in the weekdays only, weekends are noisy other neighbors not from the property. I didn't like that the beach is too far away from the property the real beach virginia beach oceanfront, next time be more specific on what kind of beach you are telling people, because of that picture you advertise, makes people think they are really in front of the real beach.

Great for a weekend stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this location. I’ll start with the cons because there is really only one. Steps. In the pictures you may think you are entering on the ground floor. Oh buddy would you be wrong. The entrance is on the third floor. Which means steps. Soooooo many steps. Then when you get inside it is a split level floor plan so steps up to the living room and steps down to the bedrooms, bathrooms. The outdoor patio in the pictures is accessible but it is on the first floor which means to use it, that’s right, up and down 3 flights of steps. Now, if you have good knees (I don’t) and a non-geriatric dog then the steps won’t phase you. Now on to the pros. There are many. Other than the patio being on the first floor the unit is just as pictured. It has ample off street parking right outside the unit. It was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Although it wasn’t right on the beach the walk to the beach was very quick and easy. The unit has a small upper balcony that was perfect for our dog and a nice place to have some coffee or an evening cocktail. It was located off the main strip so it was quiet but it was a short drive to the strip and over the bridge/tunnel to Hampton area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for a quiet weekend getaway.

Not easily accessible by handicapped people or small children

Location great. However, If you cannot climb stairs or have toddlers its not a good idea. There are 5 flights total 3 going up from the ground. Once you unlock the door there are 5 stairs up and 5 down. My family member couldn’t come due to their inability to ambulate stairs and It was extremely hard for me. The front entrance has a small platform with a loose rail. There was no mention of stairs that I saw in the add or on the website. They do allow pets. The downstairs is carpeted and needs to be replaced due to soiling, stains and dog pee smells. Also the stairs were dirty and sticky. The Furniture is ok. There are 2 couches in living room, They slept ok. Downstairs there are 2 rooms. The Bed in the room to the left is ok. Bed in right bottom has a 4 inch difference between the right and left side. Linens were comfy. The Bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of towels. Walls are paper thin as I could hear the guy next doors TV going and later he woke me up snoring. The kitchen has plates, a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Also a RV sized stove ( a normal 1/2 sheet pan will not fit), air fryer and microwave. Utensils. There is also a washer and dryer. The beach is nit a 2 minute walk. It is s 2 minute walk just to the opening. Then a longer walk to get to the water.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was nice & spacious . The shower heads were amazing and it was equipped with not one but 2 coffee machines.I loved that it provided a ton of drawer space & additional fixtures to hang your clothes . The light fixtures were amazing . The beach was less than 2 minutes away .I would definitely recommend this for a weekend getaway for two .

Once again, Svetlin and his rental on Shore Drive were amazing. The location is phenomenal, with easy access to many great restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Svetlin was incredibly accommodating with our stay and was always readily available.Highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Virginia Beach.

July 4th trip

Enjoyed our annual July 4th trip to Virginia! Condo was very nice clean and exactly like described. Best part was the location it is directly across the street from my brother in law. Will definitely book again

If I knew our door to get in was up three flights of stairs, we never would have stayed there. My daughter is disabled with hip issues. The air downstairs in the bedrooms did not work. Cockroach in the bathroom. I do not recommend.

Fishing trip

The property was awesome. Perfect spot for what we needed. It was close to the marina so we could quickly get out and do some fishing. Also, it was super close to a bunch of great restaurants. Ate fresh fish all week and within walking distance. Two thumbs up.

Great location for what we wanted

It was a great place for a long holiday weekend. Close to the beach and close to family we have in the area. To be able to bring our dog was a bonus.

26th Wedding Anniversary

Great time celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary. VB feels like a second home for us. Always great to come back and stay with prior hosts. Great condo, great location, able to walk to beach, restaurants, etc without issue. And so happy our dog was able to join us. Can’t wait to return!!

Great location. Perfect for our needs. Didn’t find any check-out instructions so we did the usual. Towels in the shower. Stripped bed. Sheets by washer. Ran the dishes. Left our bar of soap in shower. None supplied.

It's the perfect vacation spot. Only a min walk to the beach, probably the closest you can get without having a direct view of the beach. It's in a very nice area, quiet and relaxing not the touristy loud part of ocean front. If you want to be a part of the crowd the main beach is one turn and about 10 min drive. There are also a lot of nice restaurants and bars close by.
