Fantastic views! Great location.

Check in was super easy. Rooms were perfect. Balcony views of the beach were great. Location excellent. The only negative thing I can say is I had to leave!

Great Getaway

The booking was hard and had issues using a American express gift card but after many times with the office I was able to book our stay.

Great location

Wonderful vrbo in a great location! Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Only thing I wish had been included in description is that the outdoor closet contains many beach toys and boogie boards. This would have been helpful to know before buying our own. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Condo steps from the beach

Nice condo with great view.

It was steps from the pool and right on the beach which allowed for maximum water time. We would stay here again.

Nice 4 day get away

Could use a bit of TLC

The location was AWESOME...right in front of the beach. The heated pool was a nice addition for night swims. The property could use a bit of TLC. The couch was not comfortable and had stains on it. There were no simple condiments for cooking...ie salt and pepper, but had plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Nice coffee maker, but no filter or coffee available. Just having the simple things would of been nice. No shampoo/conditioner or beach towels, which was okay but again...the little things would of been nice. Not much personal touch to the property to make it appealing....again not a big deal, but this helps the home away from home feel/comfort. Thank you

Great location

Nice pool and okay hot tub (not great jets). I was disappointed in the pots and pans provided. They were scratched and rusted and there was one small frying pan which made it difficult to cook. The community grills did save the day.

Always a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at El Constante before in two different units. We love staying here because the location is the best and if we need anything at the unit while we are at the beach we can just walk and get it or if somebody in the family would like to go back to the property we don’t have to all pack up. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This location in particular wasn’t as updated as the last unit we stayed at but still clean. The only thing was there was a very strong moisture smell entering this unit. I think it was due to the humidity and the AC temp being at 78. Once we turned the air lower the smell lessened. Overall, we enjoy staying at this property with our family very much. Always a great experience!

Being a beachfront property, our condos will experience relatively higher humidity levels. Each unit is individually owned and decorated to each owners liking so you will notice a difference in decor and furniture. We are happy to hear you continue to enjoy our accommodations! The room was well decorated, stocked and was fairly clean. I would however suggest that the clean up crew spends a little more time to sweep underneath furniture and sleeping areas. Pool and Hot tub

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay. The pool was very murky the entire time, and the hot tub still has a leak sense last summer so water from the pool does not flow into the hot tub like it should. We love the location and being able to walk onto the beach. The condo was cute, but upstairs was very hot.
