The place was great and Jill was superb in her communication before and during our trip. Great location close to Coral bay and the beaches. not too far up the mountain.

If you seek a lush, peaceful getaway for two, this place is for you. Conveniently located just outside of Coral Bay, New Moon cottage is a clean and comfortable gem. The wraparound decks provide a gorgeous view of CB and endless bird and iguana watching entertainment. We were close to all north shore beaches and Coral Bay restaurants and shops. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will definitely return.

Excellently kept cottage with first rate woodworking and craftsmanship. Property mgr was great with communication and explanations. Open air was very enjoyable at night.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and well maintained. Quick access to the entire island. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for a couples getaway! Would definitely come and stay again!

Jill was an oustanding property manager! The bottle of wine was a very nice thought! The place was unique and overall good. Loved the shower. Did not know the water was not potable but wasn't a problem since plenty of water in refrigerator.

Coral Bay Retreat

Great small, well ast appointed cabin with wraparound deck above Coral Bay. Just a few minutes from Skinny Legs and close to beautiful North Shore Beaches

Great little tree house

Perfect getaway on St. John. The property is tucked into the trees with a comfy bed and bath upstairs and well stocked kitchen downstairs. We love the coral bay side of the island and it's a quick drive to the shops and restaurants and nearby beaches. Perfect for a couple.

New Moon magic

Loved our stay at New Moon! It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the ability to cook at home. Communication with the host was excellent!

The property is beautiful, and Jill was excellent at communicating with us during the power outages and with any questions we had. The cottage is very close to Coral Bay shopping, grocery, and restaurants. It was very clean and well prepared for us. We loved our stay!

This property was absolutely fantastic. Communication was great throughout, and the house itself was beautiful. It's just a few minutes outside of Coral Bay and was easy to get to, with a jeep or four wheel drive due to the steep hillside. The house was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. For anyone who enjoys nature, this is your place. The night sounds with the frogs were amazing and lulled us to sleep each night. And the views are breathtaking. We look forward to visiting again and would definately select this home!

Treehouse Getaway

This is a very special property, located on the quieter eastern side of the island. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, though we chose to sample the local restaurants for dinners.

New Years getaway

This house was everything we wanted and more! The morning sun on the deck was magical and hearing the rain as we slept was heavily. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from it all and relax!

Good Coral Bay Location

The cottage has everything you need for 2 people. The drive up is steep but paved. Close to 'town'. There are other properties nearby, but the foliage makes it feel pretty private. We would stay again.

Great location, very comfortable and private

We enjoyed our stay and exploring St. John. We had been a little apprehensive about staying in Coral Bay, but we found it peaceful and convenient. Several local markets met our needs and a couple of restaurants were casual and had good food. The apartment was unique and the builder had taken care and pride in the design and workmanship. It was great for the two of us and we would gladly return.

Relax & Unwind

Perfect cottage in Coral Bay. We enjoyed our stay again this year at New Moon. This place has everything we could need- cooking/grilling supplies, beach towels, chairs, great bedroom with a view, deck with a view, etc. The location is great for us- hiking & snorkeling close by but on the quiet side of the island. Great communication too.

Our host, Jill met us on the rode and drove us to the cottage. I'm not sure if we would have found it on our own even with GPS. The cottage is nestled in the woods in a beautiful setting. The cottage itself was very nice and comfortable and cozy with a wonderful view of Coral Bay. Plenty of storage space for clothes. The 2 wrap around porches were a great place for morning coffee or sunset happy hour. Being on an island we lost power a couple of times but not for more than an hour or two. Also be aware there are a number of steps to get to the cottage. Overall, a great find.

We love New Moon!

This was our second stay at New Moon. We love it. Perfect size for us and we don’t mind the stairs at all. Has everything we need. The Manager Jill is great! We would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back again next year!
