All rooms, except the 3rd bedroom open onto a 28 FOOT BALCONY. The 3rd bedroom opens onto its own private 14 foot balcony and sleeps 4. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed views.

The huge master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed tub/shower. The second master features a queen size bed and 2 bunk beds, TV/DVD, and full bath. The third master (which is like a hotel room) can be rented as a 1 bedroom. It has own private entrance and private balcony with two queen size beds, TV/DVD, large closet, private full bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, linens.

Our living room includes balcony access and has a leather sleeper sofa, includes a flat screen TV, and is open to the dining room which has seating for six.

The kitchen features, granite countertops and breakfast bar. Appliances include: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender, and a washer/dryer. We provide full linens (sheets, bath towels, etc). Please bring your own beach towels.
Our AWESOME condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and OUR ASSOCIATION POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD.

Girls trip

Julie was the best host! We had a group of 10 ladies and had the best time. The condo was super clean and we had plenty of room. I highly recommend this one. Room 708, pool was very clean, condo was quiet, right across from the beach. I will book this same room again

Beautiful vacation home

This home is in a great neighborhood an steps to the beach! A great coffee shop close by an even the owners staying there were very polite. We had great conversations!! It is exactly as it’s listed online. It enormous with so much space an always have hot water!! Book it!!!

Pefect Location

This Condo was in the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. The Restaurant there, the Royal Palm Grille food is to die for. Right across from the beach with a walkover the street if you didn't want to cross the street. The Condo was so roomy with a balcony off of every bedroom. I couldn't of ask for a better place to spend vacation. Also, when I contacted the owner Julie for questions or to let her know we arrived she got back with me ASAP! Thanks Julie for sharing your place with us!

Overrated on Cleanliness

We requested early check-in and they were able to accommodate us which was great, except for the cleaning of the unit was compromised. The cleanliness rating was high, so I had high expectations. We had 6 adults, a 2 year old, 1.5 year old and a 6month old. Immediately upon arrival the furniture in the living area appeared filthy. The arms of the blue cloth chair were stained and grungy. The brown leather chair had dark stains/ dirt on it as well. The kids crawled around on the floor and their feet/ clothes were instantly turned black from doing so. We had to sweep and mop within the first few hours of getting there. The outlet behind the couch was falling out of the wall. We tried to plug in a laptop charger away from the kids and blew the breaker. The lamps in the livingroom didn’t have lightbulbs. There was trash wadded up behind the curtains in the second bedroom. Overall our stay was ok. If we were to do this trip over I would not stay in this same condo. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. As we did our last check to make sure we grabbed everything on our way out my husband said “Don’t look under the bed. It is filthy.” The rental needs shut down for a week to do a deep clean of all rooms and furniture. It is difficult to keep up with a full condo when you only have a few hours to clean between tenants. The beds seemed clean. It’s not a bad place, it just needs love in areas that have been neglected for a long time.

Family Vacation

Fantastic condo for family

Wonderful experience from the check in to fast response from owner, Julie who addressed all of all concerns. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bath was perfect for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Loved the very large balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room and helpful owner

The room was very clean and adequately stocked with towels, bedding and cookware. The owner was fantastic and always available! The area is a bit noisy. We were there on the 4th which is understandable, but fireworks were set off a few of the other nights as well fairly late. It’s proximity to other resorts also attributes to this as well. It’s notable that the beach doesn’t allow tents to be placed behind the resort chairs which leaves a small space for setting them up and it was a battle each morning to secure a spot even three and four tents deep. Another important note, I think, is that oversized vehicles (tall) will not fit in the parking garage. We luckily found a spot most evenings but hesitated to move our vehicle for fear of not finding a spot on return. There might have been an alternate solution to this, but we didn’t ask the owner, who, I feel confident, would have given suggestions. Neither of these were deal breakers though as the water and sand were perfect. The resort is within walking distance of several shops, restaurants and grocery.

Great trip

Property was great- beautiful Views of ocean. Close to beach. Great beachfront restaurants nearby. So much to do with tennis, basketball courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, pool, hot tub, fitness center and spa!

Beautiful Vacation

The facility was amazing! The only bad thing I could say is that the front entrance/parking lot was not accessible due to construction so the entrance was kind of difficult to figure out. The condo was wonderful. It is everything it said it would be and then some! Communication with Julie was amazing. She was prompt and very helpful. We were missing a flat sheet on a bed. She was notified and we had a full sheet set deliver promptly. It was nice to have a contact person prior to arrival and while staying at the resort. The pool area and hot tub was fantastic and a life saver for the kids. We had cooler temperatures but because the pool was heated, the kids loved it. One thing that would have made the stay better would have been having some extra blankets. It was cool at night. Extra blankets could have been used by parents when sitting at the pool at night, and by us at night while sleeping. Overall, this is an exceptional place to stay with kind and courteous staff.

Would Book Again

Beginning with booking this place, everything was pretty seamless. Even before we left, I had a few questions and Julie (property manager) got right back with me. Check-in was very simple. Just had to stop at front desk to get parking pass and codes for beach access. We arrived at check-in time, so it was a little busy and all the carts were in use. No biggie. I will tell you, this is a pretty big resort and there are only two elevators. At peak time, it takes a bit. This is my biggest complaint. However, we took the stairs up and down (we stayed on the 7th floor). No big deal; a little exercise never hurt anyone. Condo was clean for a rental. (I’m very OCD and it’s very hard to have things to my level of cleanliness, so if I say that it’s clean for a rental, that’s a good thing.) We had one issue the first night we arrived with a toilet not flushing. I called Julie on Sunday evening and maintenance was there the next morning while we were at the beach. (Because is COVID-19 restrictions, they are not allowed to be in the condo at the same time it is occupied.) Condo is very spacious. We had 8 individuals: 4 adults and 3 kids (7, 8 & 9). Plenty of room and the kids had their own little bunk room to go to to play and watch tv. Beds are a little on the firm side, so if you like a firm mattress, you’ll love it. Not horrible, just a little more firm than I like. Resort beach area is very nice. “Beach boys” were very friendly, helpful and kept the area clean. Came through several times picking up loose trash. Overall, a wonderfully enjoyable time. Would stay here again if we come back to this area. Definitely recommend!

Loved the property and the view, did not like having to wash laundry for clean up.

Excellent experience with the property and ocean view. However, having three rooms of towels for laundry with a small laundry facility was time consuming. Otherwise, had a great time.

Good location but property needs work

This property has a nice location right across the street from the beach, and it even has a private walkway over the street, which is convenient. However, the unit is outdated, lots of broken lights (no lights in one bedroom worked), the beds are old and awful (I’ve never had such bad back pain in my life), and the water in the showers either burned your skin or turned you to ice. While it says it sleeps 10, there weren’t enough cups, forks, and basic kitchen supplies for 10 so we had to buy disposable dishes and utensils so we could all eat. The dishwasher was falling apart, and everything in the kitchen should be thrown away and replaced. The balcony is nice, but you can’t sit outside to enjoy the view as the chairs out there are either broken or will break as soon as anyone sits in then. Overall, the location is nice, but this property needs some investment.
