Great place to stay! There were 7 of us so being able to spread out over two floors was awesome so we never felt cramped!

The property was great but expensive! Access to the water both Atlantic and gulf was fantastic, found ants and roaches in different areas of the house, lights and outlets by the dock didn’t work or didn’t work properly, stairs, showers and walkways were very slippery when wet, two in our party slipped and fell during our stay.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and easy access to both the Atlantic and Gulf. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly the ants and roaches, the dock lighting/outlets, and the slippery areas. You should have reached out to use during your stay. The home has regular extermination and the outlet was a tripped GFI. As for the cost, your stay coincided with mini lobster season, which is typically the most expensive week of the year in the Keys, so the timing did contribute significantly to the rate. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will use your feedback to make improvements for future guests.

Great place, great trip

My wife, 2 kids 9 and 10.We had a great stay, decent walk to cabana club pool and a few local restaurants, sunset beach close walk and a cool spot. Aquarium was a nice spot for a rainy day, kids loves it. Manatee in the canal behind the house, saw nurse shark and eel. Highly recommend and would return

Great place

No problems. Saw a manatee out the back door which is fun. Beach club is fun as well and a 10 minute walk

Paradise found

Great duplex to relax and chill with friends and family. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, & plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 in our group - 4 adults, 4 kids everyone had a great time. The only downfall was the large grouper heads that would get stuck under the dock-stinky!

Key Colony Perfect Vacation

Beautiful property, up-dated and well equipped. Spacious house with both a roomy 2nd floor balcony and a nice back yard. Great location with Sunset Beach and Cabana Club access. Close to a lot of fun things to do and good restaurants. Great midpoint location in the Keys. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Key Colony

Lots of room for our 2 families of 8. Quick response from property manager to change the barbecue as bottom was finished. Location was very convenient and we enjoyed the Cabana Club on a daily basis.

I loved it and it was really in between of the Key Island. Key colony restaurant was splendid ☆☆☆☆☆

Clean and charming house, perfect for two families. Maybe they have to uppgrade the kitchen cookware a bit, we lacked sharpe knives and there was to much of everything with poor quality. It's necessary to inventory, replace and supplement the kitchen cookware.

Nice place! Entire family enjoyed it!

Condo was perfect for our family. We go to Marathon every year. Consensus was this was our favorite place! Usually when we rent a house we are sure to have an aching back. Beds were very comfortable- no aching back ! Thank you!

Great time in Keys

The house was great nice layout and great backyard and dock. The bedrooms were good sized and the home had most everything we needed. Having said that I hope they buy a real TV! the old box set in the living room is not acceptable. Overall great house and location.
