Village of Nags Head - Pool - Friday to Friday only - Reserve after Jan 1, 2025

This home is located in the Village of Nags Head, an ocean to sound community. It is a comfortable, three bedroom, two and a half bath beach property on North Carolina's scenic Outer Banks. Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground pool. Rental includes use of the Village Beach Club with snack bar, tennis and direct ocean access. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, boardwalk waterfront and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head.
Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE. The property is located in an area with permanent residents - guests are requested to maintain a low noise level. No pets. No vaping-Non-smoking .

Nags Head

This house is absolutely beautiful! Full of amenities and a great swimming pool. This was our 2nd year renting this house and we will be back again next year. The owners, Keith & Linda are very thought and gracious!!

Spectacular Vacation Home

This was our second stay at Keith and Linda's amazing home and we loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has every amenity you can think of. Having the pool to relax in is wonderful and access to the Beach Club is key. The location of the home is great - close to everything, but in a quiet, picturesque development. We highly recommend this home and are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Amazing holiday!!

We had a great time at the house. Everything you could think of was there! The beach chairs and umbrella saved us from packing them from home. The house was clean and organized when we arrived, and very spacious for the 5 of us:) The pool in the back was perfect for when we came back from a day at the beach. Keith and Linda were wonderful hosts!

Amazing week. Amazing house.

From the moment we set foot in the house we knew it was going to be a special week. From the Duck Donuts gift card and welcome note to the sparkling pool, this house stands out from all the rest. Every comfort of home has been provided and we can’t wait to book again. A special thank you to our host Keith. Vacation Heaven!

Keith could not have been better as a host and the gift card upon check in to Duck Donuts was just icing on the cake. Quiet golf community neighborhood was the perfect setting for morning walks and gorgeous sunsets. The private pool was the perfect location for evening relaxation after dinner or the couple rainy days when the weather broke. The use and access to the Village Beach Club pool with it's bar and food was fabulous breaks from the beach and definitely got our use out of it! The perfect location to call our vacation home for 2 weeks!

Love this house!

This vacation home was clean, bright (tons of windows), had beautiful views, and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cleaning basics. There is a full size washer and dryer. And wow…the owners even provided us with a gift card to Duck Donuts which we certainly used. We have never had a host do this before. The pool was the best part. Finding a smaller house with a private pool is nearly impossible in this area. We spent too much time in it and it was absolutely amazing! We had a couple of very windy days during our stay and had to clear some debris from the pool but cleaning tools are provided so it was an easy chore. And the back yard is super private in the pool area (pics don’t do it justice). The neighborhood’s clubhouse is a short walk away and has ample parking. The clubhouse has a pool, beach access, and other amenities. It is a great perk of staying here since you don’t have to search for public beach parking. We hope to stay here many times in the future!

Great home with great pool!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the private pool. Beautiful breezes from front and back porches. The house is well appointed and just cozy like your own home. Packed with just about everything you need. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Warm and Welcoming

The word "host" perfectly describes Keith. He went out of his way to make sure we were prepared to enjoy our stay. The house was great and we enjoyed everything OBX had to offer. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

Nice House!

This house was very clean and is well stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Plenty of places to relax outside what with the front deck and view of the golf course and sound, the back deck and a great private pool. Plenty of space inside too! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and very convenient to the beach. Also, we took advantage of the Village Beach Club membership several times during our week. Keith is very easy to work with and I highly recommend his place.

Nags Head- Great Vacation

Absolutely loved this property.The owners made sure that you had everything you needed for a worryfree vacation. The added extra amenities were much appreciated. The pool was amazing! The local Restaurants and Shopping were easily accessible. I cant forget Duck Donuts. The $20 gift card was a pleasant surprise and the Donuts are like no others. Thanks so much Keith & Linda. We will definitely be returning.

Great Vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed this sweet cottage and felt very comfortable there. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed having the private pool too. It is clear that the owners regularly update and maintain the cottage. We enjoyed how quiet the community is as well. We did have an issue, but it was resolved quickly. The owner and property manager are easy to get a hold of and respond quickly. We plan on renting again.

Amazing Vacation Home

We absolutely love this vacation home. It is so beautiful and was perfect for our family of four adults. Everything you need is included and so there are so many extras. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The private pool is great and includes lots of comfy seating. The location of the home is outstanding - especially if you are a golfer! We loved having access to the beach club, it made going to the beach so quick and easy. Keith was wonderful to work with. He provided many helpful tips for restaurants and attractions. We had a memorable and relaxing week and are already looking forward to visiting next year!

Everything you need to relax!

My family of four stayed here for 7 nights and we enjoyed every minute! This property has it all and is so clean. We enjoyed the private pool, access to beach and beach club and even the board games! Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked. We are so glad we found this property and had the chance to stay here. The owners were also very responsive throughout the booking process! I would recommend this place to any family size of 6 people and under. Nice neighborhood too!

Fantastic family trip

Beautiful Home Centrally Located

Beautiful home for a couple or family vacation. This home has picturesque scenery of the sound. Centrally located on the outer banks to allow you to explore from North to South. Home is very well equipped. Pool was beautiful (weather was too chilly for us to use). Made for a perfect home away from home!

We are both retired and like many OBX property owners wanted an investment to keep us occupied. We love the Outer Banks and have been visiting there since the early 90's.
We are happy to try to answer any OBX travel questions that you may have, including
some key points of interest such as Corolla, Roanoke Island and the Town of Manteo, Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke Island.
