This home is located in the Village of Nags Head, an ocean to sound community. It is a comfortable, three bedroom, two and a half bath beach property on North Carolina's scenic Outer Banks. Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground fiberglass pool. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, a waterfront boardwalk and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head.
Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE. The property is located in an area with permanent residents - guests are requested to maintain a low noise level. No pets. No vaping-non-smoking .

This was our fourth year staying at this Nags Head beach home. The home is amazing - spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated. It is in a quiet development with a view of the sound and the golf course. We love walking in the neighborhood in the morning. All amenities you need are included, as well as a gift card from the owner to a local store. The Beach Club was recently renovated and now offers live music. We loved it! We have made so many wonderful memories here and look forward to another stay. The hosts are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. This place is a gem!

The house was very clean, evert thing we needed was there. Host was excellent to communicate with , very personable. We loved the swimming pool, water was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had an excellent stay. Hope to rent again next year.

Fantastic family trip
Our family of four absolutely loved this property. We had everything we needed, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped, I could go on and on! Great property and thoughtful owners!

Perfect week in Nags Head
This was our second time staying here, it is so comfortable and Keith is a wonderful host and proactive communicator. The guys played golf, we all swam in the private pool, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. I loved walking the neighborhood early mornings!

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

Wonderful home
Very comfortable clean and nicely furnished house. Loved having a parking space next to beach access. Convenient location and we enjoyed the driving range too.

This was one of our best vacations to OBX! Keith and Linda are exceptional hosts! The home and area are just perfect. It’s a friendly community and most residents live there. It’s convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We visit OBX frequently, glad we found this beautiful home! K&L, thank you, miss you already.

Great rental
Had a great stay. The rental was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was used a lot. Easy process. Will definitely stay again

Great home with great pool!
We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the private pool. Beautiful breezes from front and back porches. The house is well appointed and just cozy like your own home. Packed with just about everything you need. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Warm and Welcoming
The word "host" perfectly describes Keith. He went out of his way to make sure we were prepared to enjoy our stay. The house was great and we enjoyed everything OBX had to offer. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Family Time
Nice relaxing vacation with our adult daughter. Long time overdue and we loved it. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Best Rental to Date!
We’ve been coming to OBX for about 10 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The location was perfect, the access to the beach was great and having the private pool was so worth it! The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked! We would definitely stay here again and hope we get the opportunity! Thank you Keith and Linda! The Duck Donuts gift card was a great touch as well. It’s tradition for us to go there on our way out of town so it was perfect!
