Village of Nags Head - Pool - Friday to Friday only - Reserve after Jan 1, 2025

This home is located in the Village of Nags Head, an ocean to sound community. It is a comfortable, three bedroom, two and a half bath beach property on North Carolina's scenic Outer Banks. Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground pool. Rental includes use of the Village Beach Club with snack bar, tennis and direct ocean access. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, boardwalk waterfront and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head.
Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE. The property is located in an area with permanent residents - guests are requested to maintain a low noise level. No pets. No vaping-Non-smoking .

We just finished our third annual trip to this Nags Head vacation home and are already looking forward to our next visit. The home is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We love the quiet, friendly neighborhood and having access to the beach club and private beach access is a major perk for our family.Beyond the house itself, we had a fantastic time exploring the area. My husband and son loved golfing at The Links, we spent an afternoon boating, and took in the amazing performance of The Lost Colony. Nags Head has so many wonderful restaurant options, and we enjoyed several delicious meals out. The weather was perfect, which made for an ideal getaway. We highly recommend this property!"

We had a wonderful week at this home. The location was perfect. The home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The bed linens were provided as well as plenty of towels. The pool was nice to relax in after a busy day of exploring. We will definitely look into staying here again next summer. The check in and out process was super easy. As an extra bonus we were given a 20 gift card to use at Duck Donuts. That was a nice surprise and very thoughtful.

This was one of our best vacations to OBX! Keith and Linda are exceptional hosts! The home and area are just perfect. It’s a friendly community and most residents live there. Best Rental to Date!

We’ve been coming to OBX for about 10 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The location was perfect, the access to the beach was great and having the private pool was so worth it! The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked! We would definitely stay here again and hope we get the opportunity! Thank you Keith and Linda! The Duck Donuts gift card was a great touch as well. It’s tradition for us to go there on our way out of town so it was perfect!

Perfect week in Nags Head

This was our second time staying here, it is so comfortable and Keith is a wonderful host and proactive communicator. The guys played golf, we all swam in the private pool, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. I loved walking the neighborhood early mornings!

Excellent Home with multiple amenities

We had such a nice stay in your lovely home. The home was in a desirable location close to attractions, restaurants, and local beach shops. The home was well equipped with a washer, dryer, kitchen, and private pool. The beach access from the beach club was convenient. The gift card to Duck Donuts was a sweet surprise. We spent many of our evenings by the pool as a family. We would highly recommend this beach home and would stay again.

Great house!

This was our first time staying in this house. The house was well equipped and fully stocked. Everything you would ever need was available for us there. House is clean and in a great location, it’s close to everything. The pool was a saving grace, with the unpredictable weather of OBX! Great house, highly recommend! We will be returning!!

Nags Head

This house is absolutely beautiful! Full of amenities and a great swimming pool. This was our 2nd year renting this house and we will be back again next year. The owners, Keith & Linda are very thought and gracious!!

Spectacular Vacation Home

This was our second stay at Keith and Linda's amazing home and we loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has every amenity you can think of. Having the pool to relax in is wonderful and access to the Beach Club is key. The location of the home is great - close to everything, but in a quiet, picturesque development. We highly recommend this home and are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Amazing holiday!!

We had a great time at the house. Everything you could think of was there! The beach chairs and umbrella saved us from packing them from home. The house was clean and organized when we arrived, and very spacious for the 5 of us:) The pool in the back was perfect for when we came back from a day at the beach. Keith and Linda were wonderful hosts!

Amazing week. Amazing house.

From the moment we set foot in the house we knew it was going to be a special week. From the Duck Donuts gift card and welcome note to the sparkling pool, this house stands out from all the rest. Vacation Heaven!

Keith could not have been better as a host and the gift card upon check in to Duck Donuts was just icing on the cake. Quiet golf community neighborhood was the perfect setting for morning walks and gorgeous sunsets. The private pool was the perfect location for evening relaxation after dinner or the couple rainy days when the weather broke. The use and access to the Village Beach Club pool with it's bar and food was fabulous breaks from the beach and definitely got our use out of it! The perfect location to call our vacation home for 2 weeks!

Love this house!

This vacation home was clean, bright (tons of windows), had beautiful views, and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cleaning basics. There is a full size washer and dryer. And wow…the owners even provided us with a gift card to Duck Donuts which we certainly used. We have never had a host do this before. The pool was the best part. Finding a smaller house with a private pool is nearly impossible in this area. We spent too much time in it and it was absolutely amazing! We had a couple of very windy days during our stay and had to clear some debris from the pool but cleaning tools are provided so it was an easy chore. And the back yard is super private in the pool area (pics don’t do it justice). The neighborhood’s clubhouse is a short walk away and has ample parking. The clubhouse has a pool, beach access, and other amenities. It is a great perk of staying here since you don’t have to search for public beach parking. We hope to stay here many times in the future!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the private pool. Beautiful breezes from front and back porches. The house is well appointed and just cozy like your own home. Packed with just about everything you need. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Warm and Welcoming

The word "host" perfectly describes Keith. He went out of his way to make sure we were prepared to enjoy our stay. The house was great and we enjoyed everything OBX had to offer. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

Family Time
