Great House and Perfect Location

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

Nevius Family Vacay

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Amenities of the house provided everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect bachelorette stay!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette, it was a very lovely quiet neighborhood and the beach access is so close and convenient. Had to travel 15 or so minutes to get into actual PCB but it was fine. Only complaint is no fans in the room but no biggie :)

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful stay here. This is our 2nd time staying in the unit. The property has a great layout and is close to the beach. Blue Swell is always to notch with their customer service. The only issue was there were several dead bugs near the sliding doors. No other issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

New Furniture! Perfect vacation

" furniture found at the dump rejected by Goodwill"

First of all, I just don't quite understand why there has to be a six number entry code. The entire stay I had to make sure that I had my phone on me so that I could pull up the app to look at the six number code. I'm going to start from bottom floor and work my way up. The bedroom to the left as you enter the home , the ceiling fan was missing its cord so the ceiling fan was inoperable. There was a continuous rattling noise coming from the air conditioning vents. My dad and his girlfriend slept in that room and they did not get any rest the entire trip. Kitchen, who puts a coffee maker that does not have a automatic shut-off button in a rental house? Living room, the rug , oh the rug, just throw it away. It had more stains than a stained glass window.The couch, My daughter sat on it Tuesday and was not found till Friday!!!! Literally pathetic!!!! Don't think about taking a bath because neither one of the tubs would hold water. Found pills on the floor in the children's bunk bedroom , along with a hair bow and a necklace chain. There is a outside grill and trash can. The trash can was full from previous renters. I'm doing this review in hopes that future renters will not have to experience this and I hope that blue swell or the owners of the home fix these problems.

Great location

I will say this is a great location and a great experience with the company I booked with. The downfalls of this property is the property itself. For the amount of money you pay and my family has stayed in five different homes in this neighborhood over The Fourth of July. This property needs a lot of work, The furniture was highly worn out, there was no water hose to be able to rinse down your belongings from the beach, The first night we use the oven and the whole downstairs got smoked out due to the oven never been cleaned. Once again this Property is in highly need of a renovation.

Like location. Needs work on the inside.

The blinds in the living room and master suite were all broken. Trying to sleep in the master with the street light shinning into the room was next to impossible. Pots and pans were not clean. Very limited selection when it comes to kitchen utensils. No plastic cups, Bowles, ect..etc... No lights in car port. Very hard to see at night especially trying to load/unload vehicles. Would NOT recommend leaning on deck railing. Not safe. Every night we saw cockroaches.

Quiet and comfortable

A perfect house just far enough from the busy strip. Grocery and other stores within minutes. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Nice home in convenient location

The house is nice with a good layout for all ages. We had from ages 6 to 80, and no difficulty. The living room furniture needs replaced or repaired. It is uncomfortable and broken down springs wheb you are stuck on those rainy inside days. Otherwise, the home overall was nice, clean, and had what was needed for a week vacation. Convenient to grocery and other shopping needs. The check-out process was unclear, or is actually non-existent. I replied to one of the texts I received from Blueswell when we left, but I don't actually know what I was supposed to do, if I was to do anything at all beside leave. The neighbors are also very friendly.

Great location but Rental was lacking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was at 20 Gulf View Dr. The pictures do not match the unit. When we arrived we had issues with the door code. However, by day 2 it was resolved. The AC wouldn't come on but Blueswell had a tech out 15 minutes after my call and got it fixed. This unit needs a lot of work. The carpet is in terrible shape and smell. There are marks, scratches, and what looks like crayon markings on the walls. The furniture was in bad shape. The unit had a stale smell. There was also a hole in one of the bedroom doors. On the balcony, the fencing is about to fall off. This is dangerous for guests. While we had a great time on our vacation, the unit we rented was not worth the money we paid. Blueswell did leave us a gift card for a turkey on them for Thanksgiving. WHich was nice. I just wish they didn't enter the property while we were gone to do it. A little unprofessional in my opinion. Blueswell should talk with the owner about doing some major upgrades. No issue with Blueswell the company. The property was just not up to par.

Reviewer Comments: Everything went fine during our stay, it had all the basic essentials you need to get started. Plenty of space in the kitchen for everyone. I would definitely recommend staying if your truly looking for a beach getaway but not concerned with how the home presents itself. It absolutely needs updating! Blinds were constantly falling in every room. When you sat on the couch the springs literally we’re coming through the cushions and were extremely uncomfortable. The paint on the walls were very dirty and desperately needs a good touch up job. The kitchen drawers kept falling out towards you when you opened them. However, the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did enjoy your stay, with just a little TLC this property could be so much better:) thanks

Enjoyed our stay

House location was great. Close to the beach and grocery stores, etc. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture was uncomfortable because the seats had hard lumps and sink holes.

Close beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - just wish we had a better view of the ocean instead of the back of nonstop condo units. We had everything we needed but things are a little dated and could be upgraded especially the living room couches - we could actually feel the springs under us on the loveseat! A fresh coat of paint and some new decor along with new sofas would go a long way!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Even though the property is further away, it’s close to grocery stores and you’re able to access back beach rd easily. The walk to the beach was just steps away and the beach area is not crowded at all! Everyone was able to space out. The house was a great fit for our growing family and everyone had their own space. Only complaints would be the router and lamps were unplugged when we arrived, so we had to move furniture to be able to plugs the necessary lamps in. The couch and love seat could use some updating, you just sink in them and it’s hard to get back up, especially for older people. The railing on the back deck was wobbly, we were afraid to let the kids go out there. The A/C vent in the downstairs bedroom made an awful noise when the A/C would come on and it would wake you out of your sleep when it did come on. A little disappointed in the “wash off” area outside. It was just a spigot, could use a hose or maybe a shower head. All the solar powered lights that light up the stairs outside didn’t work. Other than those things, the house was a perfect fit for our large family and we would definitely stay here again!
