We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, just steps from the dog-friendly beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and supplies to make meals. The setup is really nice overall, with lots of places to hang bags, clothing, etc. The host communicated well via vrbo. I did end up putting the trash out for Wednesday pick up. I wasn't sure if that was up to me or not.

This beautiful little place was perfectly equipped and perfectly located next to the beach and hilly hiking trails. It was super quiet, just the waves in the distance. The WiFi worked actually quite well. I'd love to come back soon.

This is a very sweet TINY, house. Obviously updated and remodeled, it is charming and creatively done. We really appreciated the big yard for our dogs. Having said that, the yard could use a lot of TLC. There were quite a few dead or dying bushes and plants.The beach is a short walk away. Of course there are miles one can walk and we alls noticed that the beach is very clean.Thank you, Mouse House!

We have stayed there before, but it wasn't the same.1. I had ant bait put out but ants were all over the counter and stove.2. The hid a bed only had 1 sheet.3. We got there Wednesday afternoon and left Saturday morning we were only given 2 towels and 1 washcloth per person.4 We only had 1 dish towel.

Cottage had all of the amenities and more. Great location, walking distance to town and short jaunt to the beach! We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

We stayed five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. Communication with the host was A from the moment of booking throughout the end of our stay. Access was seamless based on info provided by the host. The cottage is accurately depicted in the VRBO listing - cozy yet met our needs as a couple very well, clean, comfortable (including the bed), and well-equipped. The private outdoor space in the back was awesome. Unlike the pictures in the listing, there was a shaded table with four chairs allowing outdoor dining and space to relax. The cottage is a one-block walk to the beach - and a quiet part of the beach, far from the main tourist zones. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a return to Stinson Beach.

Cute and cozy cottage. Location cannot be beat - direct access to dog friendly beach. We had everything we needed for a relaxing few days and our dogs loved the backyard and beach walks.

This is a great location being a very short walk to the beach. It’s also walking distance to town. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at ‘home’ and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy.I would recommend this as a nice getaway!
