Have the family vacation of a lifetime in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in one of Sterling's newest and best Gulf coast developments, Splash Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our unit is on the 2nd floor of the west tower and overlooks one of the top beaches in Florida.

Enjoy the 2 heated pools, Jacuzzi, the poolside bar and grill, and the 1500 square foot fitness center overlooking the pools and gulf. Your kids will love the Lazy River, the water slides and spray toys, and the game room and video arcade with mini bowling alley.

The whole family can relax and enjoy a dive-in movie (seasonal). And of course there are the miles of soft white sandy beach, with beach and umbrella rentals, jet-skis, and parasailing available on-site. At the end of the day, relax on our balcony and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of the Gulf. With so much to do, you will be worn out when you drop into bed.

With each rental, we include the BEACH PACKAGE...this includes 2 chaise lounge chairs and umbrella, right at the waters edge!

Our unit has been professionally decorated, and offers a King Master suite. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, to accommodate the larger family. Our unit will comfortably sleep 6, and will be furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation in your 'home away from home'.

If you are looking for a family beach vacation with all of the amenities at a reasonable price, you won't find anything better than Splash. Come dive in!! Have the vacation of your dreams.

We've stayed at Splash the last 7 years. This year the resort restaurant was stellar! Great food, music, fast service. The room was very comfortable with new appliances. No complaints!

Great layout for our family of 5. It wasnt as clean I expected. We had to was our sheets due to hair and bodily fluids being on them. We got there to late to have someone else come wash them. The doors and sides of furniture looked like liquid had been spilled down the sides and not cleaned up. There was mold in the second bathroom and although the owner offered to come clean it again we decided to just use one bathroom as we have had bad experiences with mold.in the past. The balcony door didn't lock. The owner said they would have someone fix it but I also noticed that they were notified that it didnt lock in a review left in June and it still hasn't been fixed. Despite loving the layout I dont think we would stay at this specific condo again. The owner was quick to respond to my email.

Great clean rental close proximity to beach with great amenities for the whole family. Very well furnished and stocked with all necessities in kitchen. Only suggestion is to add a full length mirror one one of the doors for the ladies. We would definitely stay again

Perfect for family

Great location on the beach. Kiddos really enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. Comfortable beds. And you just can't beat the view from the balcony.

Even better than pictured!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and clean! The second floor location is perfect, quick walk up the stairs if the elevators are busy. Hope to come back again!

Family Vacation!

We loved our stay at this location!! I would recommend this location to all family's with kids! The beach for when you want to play in the ocean and sand, the pools are amazing when the kids need to take a break from the sun and still want to be out in the water. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting next year!!

The perfect place for family!

We had 6 people, including 2 twenty something’s and 2 kids, everyone had a great time! The unit was super clean, I thought the 2nd floor wouldn’t have as great a view as higher units but it was great, and so nice not having to wait for an elevator - we will def stay here again.

Great property! Clean and perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved that the bunk bed was a bigger bed for the bottom bunk. Ocean view was great! Huge master bed and bath. Was wonderful to have the beach service included! Also being on the 2nd floor (which was really like being in the 4th floor) was great because we used the stairs a lot due to the long lines for the elevators. 5 stars!

Splash

We took our granddaughter for her first trip to the beach. She loved the slides and pools. Very easy access to everything. The room had everything u need and was very nice. Would stay there again

Amazing views and perfect place for peaceful vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. Home was clean. Finding it was fairly simple. It rained our second day so the parking garage and enclosed walk to the resort was perfect touch. We opted to make dinner in. The kitchen was very well stocked . The balcony view of sunset was amazing. We will return and will definitely keep booking this specific place. The owner checked in to make sure we needed nothing and was very communicated with us.
