A beautiful large newly renovated one bedroom corner unit on the 8th floor of the Majestic Beach Resort. Gorgeous views from the beachfront balcony perfect for dolphin watching and listening to the sounds of the waves. Extra windows for the corner unit let in light and the amazing view. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the large gulf front balcony. Fabulous walk in tile shower with optional rainfall shower head. Steps to the beach and great amenities make it a great choice all year round. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, movie theatre, tennis court... it's all here to enjoy.
NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 21 years old to rent the unit. **beginning January 2024 parking fee of $40 plus tax is additional cost, guests must register online.
This is not a party spot. Please be respectful, have fun and enjoy your time at the beach!

Great Week!!!!

The condo was just the size we needed in a very late booking…. Loved that it was a corner unit, It was comfortable, could use a some extra blankets for laying around the living room in the evening…bathroom needs a few touch ups around the baseboard this was just minor stuff. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep ever. Thanks for a great vacation week 🤗

Great view

Nice unit with a great view from the balcony. Very convenient being close to the elevators since they can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Host responds to messages very quickly.

Best Vacation Stay

This condo is right on the beach and has incredible views. We loved the beach and how beautiful it was. The only issue we had was the wait to get on elevators and there’s no AC when you do get on the elevator. Other than that it was an awesome vacation and we really appreciate our host for the great communication.

Beach mixup

Spoke a good bit with the owner. She was very informative and helpful. Internet went out one afternoon and she got it working again within a short time. Very nice location!

Amazing view

Nice condo right on the beach with an amazing view. Unit is clean and comfortable for 2 people. Updated appliances. Facility is huge and it’s a bit of a hike from the parking garage but unit is close to the elevator. The proximity to the elevator is good but it also means that you hear it. Bathroom has a rain shower which was very nice but needed a little tlc. Overall great deal for the price.

Long weekend

Great view, but…….

It needs some repairs. Some of the cabinet doors are about to come off. The bathroom ceiling needs some repair. The sliding door doesn’t lock. The ice maker didn’t work. But maybe I’m too picky.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

This condo was perfect for our anniversary vacation at PCB! It had a beautiful view!! The condo is in a great location with many restaurants, shopping and attractions in walking distance! The owner was SOOOO helpful and very quick to respond to any questions! Would love to go back!

Great experience

The property was clean and well updated. Had an issue with the parking pass. We couldn’t find it and by accident the cleaning crew forgot to leave one. The owner went out of her way to help me get one. Pam was ver prompt in answering my message and even called me to make sure it was taken care of. I appreciated the personal attention that she gave and I feel like she will do that for any and all of the guest that use this unit.

Great trip!

We had the best time! Condo was very convenient and has a lot of fun things to do. The pools were a big hit for my kids when they didn’t want to go to the beach.

Quiet corner unit with a beautiful view

This unit was fantastic. Throughout my week stay I realized how nice it was to be on the corner of Tower 1 - you're next to the elevators, immediately after crossing the crosswalk from the parking garage, and if the assigned parking space is available (trust me, you want to add this on!) your car is right near the entrance on the 3rd floor! The elevators are slow (SO many floors in the complex) so when heading to the beach my husband and I just took the stairs down (this unit has loungers and umbrella available on the beach!). To get your assigned lounger, I would recommend getting there right when they open at 8:30am and you're bound to get a great spot to call yours. The unit was clean and bright with the curtains open and the view was amazing. We ate breakfast on the balcony each morning. The balcony isn't super private only because it is a corner unit and you can see the other corner units across the way but don't let that deter you. I do wish there was a little rug for coming in from outside to wipe your feet on...as I often forgot to put on my sandals when stepping onto the balcony - but this is a minor thing. They even have laundry in unit if you need it. The kitchen is pretty nicely stocked but my husband and I do always bring some of our own cookware when traveling (cutting board, sharp knife, microplane, etc) because we like to cook some dinners in to save. The bed was amazing! My husband thought it was "too hard" but I believe you sink in just the right amount. My back is usually killing me by the end of vacation but not this time! You can't trust my husband on these matters...we have a sleep number and his is set at 25 (mine is 45). Way too soft! Be sure to eat at Firefly! It was SO delicious! You can't go wrong with this rental, the owner was responsive when I called and didn't end up needed her (oops!) and she gives you all the information you need. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!

Great condo!

The unit was just perfect! It had everything we needed and was exactly as listed. The location was fantastic, great parking and close to everything we needed. AND ON THE BEACH with great pools indoor & outdoor!! We will return!!
