Beautiful home and a wonderful view of the salt water river. Great location!

This home has plenty of space and is perfect for large groups. We had 8 people and enjoyed sitting outside and fishing on the dock. Easy access to groceries and restaurants.

Great place plenty of space

The property was very well-maintained. There was noticeable water damage in places due to the roof; the owner is fixing those this month I do believe. The house was extremely clean and comfortable.

Outstanding weekend

The house was very accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed all the space. The boat house was a great place to fish and to sit and watch the sun come up. Having WiFi at the house would have been a good addition for the family but we managed. Overall we had an awesome stay.

Boat Trip

We arrived by boat and enjoyed staying in a house vs a hotel. It was nice to have a dock and not worry about someone running into our boat at a crowded marina. We didn't have any problems getting rides with Uber or Lift. We even used door dash for breakfast our last morning. I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing weekend.

4th of July on the Dock!!

The Place was great with all the comforts of home and then some. My Guest wished they had a working TV in their rooms. 1-room had a tv with only 3 channels and the other room had NO TV and the guest had to rest on the couch. The alarm kept going off in the middle of the night! (lol). Overall, we had a great time!

Very spacious home

We enjoyed our stay here. The booking process, check-in process, and communication with property manager was seamless. Home was just as pictured. Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views of the waterways from the back. Nice boat house for relaxation and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this home to others and would rent again if we’re back in the area.

Great Long Weekend in Charleston

We really enjoyed our stay, and Carolyn was very attentive/responsive to anything that was needed during the stay. House was very clean and exactly as it was represented in the photos. Fantastic location as well.

I am a Charleston native, born and raised, educated from elementary through college. Although I resided in the Bay area of northern California for years and thoroughly enjoyed it, I missed Charleston and the people of the "lowcountry" so much, I had to return. There is no place like home for me, happily surrounded by family and friends, especially my granddaughter - the love of my life.

My home is "my away from it all" everyday, surrounded by nature (beautiful trees, squirrels, birds) and water, whether enjoying coffee in the mornings in dockhouse or a glass of wine in the evening at sunset. It is a true blessing to have peace and happiness at home and to be fortunate enough to share it with others. I think you will create wonderful memories here.
