10/10 would HIGHLY recommend this spot, had everything we needed. Honestly was the perfect location to stay in. Would definetly love to come back in the future. Rented the bottom floor, the backyard is beautiful- great sunsets. The inside was honestly awesome, clean, had all basic utilities for us to use. The host was so chill and accommodating, also another 10/10 experience. W spot, again highly reccommend.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. It was cute, comfortable, and well-equipped. The marsh views and wildlife watching were so nice. And the coffee bar was great! We would love to stay here again.

This was my first visit to Folly Beach. This property is about 2 miles from the beach but is an awesome location. It is an extremely comfortable space and close to anything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very friendly. The host responded quickly to any issues or questions. This will be my place anytime I come to visit again. I highly recommend it!

Check in was easy. Host was very easy to communicate with. The lower unit was perfect for a couple. Enjoyed the gazebo and being on the tidal marsh. Near enough to the beach but more private.

Upon arrival, the first impression was not as positive. There was a broken hammock out front and full doggy poop bags out front. There was some difficulty with the entering the property with the code and door. The host eventually sent help to get us in. Other than this, everything was really nice. It was a perfect getaway for my family. The location was close enough to the beach to avoid traffic and convenient to get any thing needed. The dock and kayaks added to the wonderful experience.

Weekend Trip

We took our first trip here as a couple and we loved our stay. The property is beautiful and an easy drive to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The county park pass for beach access was great to have.

Great Stay

Nice place with a great inlet view. Loved the use of kayaks and having a pass to beach access. Host was nice and easy to contact.

Enjoyed our time at folly

Great location minutes' drive to beach and stores! The pass for the park on Folly was a game changer! Great spot-on beach and the facilities and Parking were great!

Paradise

The cottage was very clean and we loved having the dock to walk out on. We were able to pick oysters and grilled those two nights. It had everything that you needed for a beach weekend and we loved it there. We will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful weekend! Enjoyed getting out on the water and it was great to have a place to tie up our own tandem kayak! The Gazebo provided the perfect space for starting the day with beautiful sunrises and engaging wildlife!
