Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath Premanufacture home. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a dresser and television! The living room is furnished with two couches and a tv set. The dining room has a table for four people to dine. The kitchen has all appliances and cooking supplies! We have a car port to park your car, with a large porch and a dock on the canal. You don't have to worry about bringing extra clothes because we have a washer and dryer for you to use! We are close to beaches, restaurants, Kmart, Super markets, Golf etc. to enjoy during your stay. Property is located next to a marina to drop off your boat. Great location for fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach. Property has two beach chairs, blow dryer and iron

The gas grill was empty and the extra tank was empty. We had a power issue but was fixed next day and it was a Sunday. We loved location.

AMAZING Location and property

This was the perfect location for me and my friends to stay for spring break! Close to the beach and right on the water made for great beach days and a beautiful view for dinner!

Relaxing Getaway

This place was amazing! The outdoor space is roomy, covered and had a great breeze. We had all our meals outside. The slip for our boat was perfect and it was easy access to hop on our boat and cruise. Planning on staying again!

Great place to unwind and enjoy the weather!

Great place, everything worked as it should have, good selection of cooking utensils which was nice, few upgrades needed but they were serviceable. We enjoyed the outside deck every morning. Nice neighborhood to walk around, quiet, friendly neighbors. Close to the beach which was nice due to no pool. Nice selection of restaurants and grocery store options near by as well. Easy and quick reservations. No issues while we were there..

New year’s 2024

Really enjoyed our time fishing. We come to Marathon every year at Christmas. This year it was just me and my son so the 1 bedroom was just right for us. Kept our 21ft boat right in the canal behind the property and launched at 33rd street ramp.

We go strictly for fishing and love the area and fishing is great. We primarily fish for tarpon, snook and several species of snapper. Convenient to dining and shopping although we do little of either.

Perfect for two

Overall we had a wonderful time. The only real issue we had was the Air conditioning in the living room.. I could not adjust it correctly, definitely operator error. Besides that everything couldn't have been better.

Cozy option!

This was our 2nd stay and like last year, really enjoyed this property. It’s in a nice, quiet area on Marathon. Clean, includes all the necessities for a two week stay. Bed was comfortable, property and house are clean. Will def book again!
