Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, right on the beach. The unit was clean, very comfortable and close to pier, restaurants and Kennedy Space Center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.Just one thing to know: if you come with 2 cars, you should let the host know so they can give you a parking option. There is only parking for one car and "no parking" signs everywhere else. We contacted them and they accommodated us with a parking space right away.

Family Getaway

Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. For those craving a unique shopping experience, the Native Plant Shop is a must-visit. Not only is the shop beautiful, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and offers small build-your-own terrariums. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on Rock the Guac – even as the only vegan in the family, we all left with our pants unbuttoned from the deliciousness. Coconuts On The Beach provided another fantastic dining experience, perfect for feeding our crotch gobblins in a lively atmosphere. And for a dose of history and mind-blowing entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-see. Just remember not to wait outside for a picture next to the NASA sign–there's another one inside! As for Legoland, it was a mixed experience. While the kids enjoyed it, the long lines and ride breakdowns left us with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, our overall enjoyment outweighed any minor inconveniences. Back at the condo, although hanging items from the balcony isn't allowed, we found a workaround by drying damp items around the window. The on-site laundromat was a lifesaver just be prepared with quarters.

It Doesn’t Get Better Than This !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year staying in this condo. There is absolutely nothing to compare this location to. The unit itself is perfect, but the VIEW is SPECTACULAR !! Ocean views from every room and solidarity sitting on the balcony. Our two weeks flew by before we knew what happened, but knowing we’ll be visiting again next year made leaving a little easier. Pulling into the parking lot you would never know this HIDDEN JEWEL was waiting for you !! The management team of Teresa and Dan are right there if you need anything and they are the nicest people.

Family Vacation 2023

The property was as described: great location and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views from all rooms. The outdoor closet was filled with beach supplies including a beach umbrella and there were air pumps located in a kitchen drawer. Only thing I would suggest for improvement was that we received all the apartment information while we were already traveling (this email mentioned some things that we would have packed from home had we known they weren’t going to be supplied).

My first impression was oh no...this is just a motel..but after we went and opened the room to the condo it was unbelievable!!!! It was just as pictured...it was very quiet ..we relaxed, we ate, we laid on the beach and it was so gorgeous..everyone we encountered was very very friendly..the check in and out process was so incredibly easy...I would definitely stay here again
