The Abba house has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed & 1 king bed. It is close enough to walk to the heart of Prescott's downtown! It is completely remodeled in contemporary style with original wood floors, new appliances and large flat screen SMART TV. The bright & cheerful colors throughout the house will lift your mood. Dine outside surrounded by modern landscaping. The covered front porch has table and chairs, or enjoy the private backyard with a picnic table, BBQ grill, wood stove and comfortable furniture in the carriage house pergola.

Convenient location!

This house had everything we needed. We loved being able to easily walk downtown. The king size bed is very soft, but it ended up being ok to sleep on. We felt cozy and comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here.

Love the Location!

Best location in Prescott. Host was the best and easy to communicate with. Went beyond in helping me recover my white gold & pink sapphire earrings worth over 800 when I accidentally left them behind.

This property is well appointed,clean and a awesome spot to be within walking distance to downtown. It is a bit of a walk, but definitely doable. I suggest wearing good comfortable walking shoes due to the fact that the sidewalks are uneven in some areas. I look forward to staying at Suzanna's place again.

Great

The home was cozy and reminded me of my Grandparents, it even smelled like their home. It was very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen and linens.The neighbor hood was quiet and went for a walk with my dog and felt very safe.

Cute little place

The house was really clean and had all the kitchen items we needed. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. I recommend staying here.

Nice house

Great location! Close to the Courthouse Square and restaurants. Also close to Granite Creek, a nice place for walking with the dog.

Great place for 4th of july

We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and it was great. Really close to the court house where all the festivities are and really quiet and comfortable.

Great Little Space

This was a perfect space for us. It is an older home but well maintained. It is cozy but had penty of space for us. It is in a residential neighnorhood just a few blocks from the heart oif downtown Prescott. The host Suzanna was great to work with. Very happy.

I hope you enjoy my home. Prescott is a beautiful place to vacation. There is always something happening in the downtown area. I suggest you view the Prescott city's calendar for activities through out the year. The Abba house is only a 9 minute walk to downtown..0.5 miles to be exact!
