Private neighborhood home in Payson - gorgeous getaway with in town convenience!

Come relax in our home in the town of Payson! On a quiet street, we are surrounded by boulders and tall pines, however our home is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Use our home as a springboard to all the wonderful activities in Rim Country then come home to a private backyard, fully fenced for your furry friends!

There are so many events and activities in Rim County! See the Tonto Natural Bridge, or head up to Christopher Creek for an afternoon of fun and play. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, antique shopping and of course rodeo!

Our home is a great place to get away to cooler places in summer, serene places in winter, and to see the changing seasons of spring and fall. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a base camp with easy access to surrounding towns of Pine, Strawberry, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location. Great stay for me and my dogs. Tip - bring your bug spray. I stayed here during Labor Day weekend and definitely needed my bug spray, there were a ton of mosquitoes (they love me). Despite the mosquitos I would stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and each time it has never disappointed. The properties always super clean. It’s in a great little location close to everything and it’s just the one place. We keep coming back to whenever we stay. We’ve got another vacation booked in another few months.

Cottage is adorable! Very quiet and relaxing, front deck was so comfy and perfect for reading, watching the rain and great spot for enjoying my morning coffee. Communication with Gabe was easy, check in easy. Nice little getaway, I’ll be back.

We had a very nice visit to Payson, AZ. Our host, Gabriel, was just a phone call away. We called upon arrival with a small issue getting into the house. He answered our question immediately. Stayed on the phone until we were in the house, The house was very clean and cool upon our arrival. Kitchen was supplied better than the average Vrbo properties that we have visited. We brought our 3.5 year old golden retriever and had no issues with the security of the backyard fencing or the short fencing on the front porch. The doggie door was also very useful.We would like to visit this location again in the future.

Wonderful stay! What a beautiful home inside and out and serene peaceful setting! Loved the outdoor spaces for morning coffee or evenings outside! Immaculate, beautifully decorated, generous amenities for use, kitchen stocked, everything needed for a perfect getaway and more! Simple easy check in and out! Great location! We walked everywhere! Truly lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean house located in quiet neighborhood, yet you feel as though you are in a forest area. We sat outside in the front porch area and watched a elk eat in the amazing rock formation next door. Great communication with owner throughout the renting process. The property is very pet friendly, my grand pup loved it.

Great location and property. We stayed one month and it was perfect location in Payson. The host was helpful with great follow up. The backyard is amazing and private.

My husband and our adult son really enjoyed our working vacation at this lovely home! We cooked several meals in the kitchen. Love the Keurig coffee maker, and it provides a variety of hot drinks and snacks. Upon our return from a yummy meal at nearby Fargo'sSteakhouse, we got some video of the large bull elk that wandered by the road and stopped at the stop sign.

Easy check in instructions, super clean & welcoming home with guest book, snacks, coffee and setup was perfect. Stocked kitchen for cooking, although we ordered delivery from el Rancho which was delicious! Ideal location, secluded & peaceful retreat while also nearby amenities. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. Our pup loved all the wildlife around on his walks in the beautiful neighborhood. Trails nearby for exhilarating & gorgeous hikes.
