Cute House

This house is adorable and a great location. It has all the water toys a family could want. (Unfortunately it was too cold to use them when we were there.) Owner Tyson did a great job remodeling after the hurricane. It even had shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower, which was great, but I couldn't get the shampoo and conditioner to work. Only reason i gave it 4 stars.

great scalloping trip

stayed three nights with my boat parked our boat at the dock at the house and went out every day on the water. fun back porch and saw manatees in the canal would stay here again for sure

Great Cottage on the River

This property is situated just a 2 minute paddle from Roger's Park and the Upper Deck Restaurant. The cottage was spacious, well furnished, and the outdoor space was fantastic. The whole family had a blast jumping off the dock, using the rope swing, and of course paddling the river in the provided kayaks and conoe. I definitely recommend the Fin and Tonic property if you are planning a trip to Weeki Wachee Springs, FL.

Weeki Wachee Fun

Excellent location! It was just a short paddle out of the canal to hit the river! We had so much fun using the amenities at this rental…the kayaks and the rope swing were a plus. We spotted some manatees in the canal. There were a lot of other things for use. We had such a great time as a family. Tyson was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great time!

We stayed a month and had a wonderful time kayaking, golfing and walking in the Weeki Watchee Preserve. Saw probably 20+ manatees right from our chairs many spending lots of time right there feeding. Property was older but clean and well kept with everything we needed or wanted. Appliances were newer and worked well. We cook in a lot but there are lots of fun local restaurants very close by without having to go out to Hwy 19. Owner communicated well too. We would come back.

Great Stay!!

Check in was super easy, we had a little troubles getting in the door- I called Tyson and he answered immediately! I’m not great with technology, so it wasn’t his fault :) The house was very nice, very comfortable, did find some poker chips in the couch from previous vacationers (we were missing some of the kids’ socks; that’s how we knew lol) not a huge deal, but something notable. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, sheets were nice, towels were fluffy. They had body wash, soap and conditioner in the showers too. I can’t say if they were good or bad though, as we had our own to use. We used the canoe, and one of the kayaks. The water ways were fantastic!! We took the kids out daily. We saw tons of manatees, turtles, fish. We stopped out closer to the gulf and was able to beach ourselves so the kids could play in the water and look for seashells. The neighborhoods was nice, quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We did have some furnace issues (turned out to be the thermostat) but Tyson was VERY responsive, very quick to get someone over to repair it. I was very impressed with how he handled it. Obviously the situation was out of his control- stuff breaks- and he was on it. Over all, we would stay at one of Tyson’s rentals again!! You can tell he cares about the tenants and cares about the home. It was a great vacation and we are so happy we found this place!

Thanksgiving 2023

Great place, well equipped with everything you need. Felt like home away from home. We saw manatees, odder, turtle and caught plenty of mangrove snapper for fun. Clean and quiet.

Girls Weekend Get-away

Fin & Tonic was the perfect peaceful retreat we were looking for. We only left the house once to go visit the Weeki Wachee Mermaids. Everything we needed was there and then some. It’s a beautiful home right on the river. We saw dolphins right off the dock every morning enjoying our coffee and manatees at dusk. It was our own little slice of paradise. The decor in the home was awesome and we seemed to discover something new every day. I thought the check out list for guests was minimal in comparison to other places we’ve stayed and really made it easy and less stressful to be out by our checkout time. There is so much to do and so many ‘toys’ provided you certainly won’t get bored here. Thanks for having us, already planning another trip with some friends in the future.

We stayed for our second time at this home. The home is perfect. We had to evacuate due to Hurricaine Idalia but we had 3 wonderful days prior. Renting from Tyson is wonderful. Property is well stocked and furnished and impeccably clean. We love it there!

Great spot

We had a wonderful time. The house is cute and provided all that we needed. Great location! Our favorite part was the rope swing. So nice having kayaks and paddle boards. The only thing I wish was there was a launch pad got them…we made it work but it was difficult. Tyler was great! Quick responses and great communication! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage on the Weeki Wachee River! We made great use of everything that was offered such as puzzles, games, kayaks, SUP, bikes, paddleboat, fishing, and rope swing. We visited Hospital Hole and Rogers Park. We rented a boat and went up to the crystal clear waters. During that time we saw 8 manatees and 2 dolphins. Love, love, love! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again!

Cute place

We loved our stay here! It was decorated so cute. The back deck, rope swing and kayaks were wonderful. Our friends stayed at their other house down the street and it was perfect to walk or swim back and forth.

LOVELY

Lovely little cottage by the canal. Super beachy vibe, very cute decor. Perfect amount of room for 5 adults (one on the couch). They had EVERYTHING we needed there in the kitchen, bathrooms and even outside. We kayaked the Weeki Wachee River everyday....the house is less than a quarter mile away from Rogers Park via the water. We saw a number of manatees including momma's and their babies. Great location for lounging and enjoying the river. We will be back.

We didn’t want to leave!!!

Quiet, peaceful and so relaxing!! We didn’t want to leave! First vacation we’ve been on in a while that we would rather door dash food or cook than go out! More than enough room for 6 people, beautifully decorated and comfortable! Clean inside and out with plenty of seating available! The lanai was one of our favorite places, we listened to music on the outdoor tv while watching the River and enjoying s’mores on the firepit! Several friendly manatees were spotted out back and my son caught quite a few fish while we were there. He absolutely loved the convenience of walking right out back to fish or swim! The rope swing was a hit and we kayaked almost daily! Everyone in the area was nice and the locals were super helpful! We are already discussing our next trip and we will definitely return to fin and tonic! The owner is great and property was even better than described. Have sent the link to 5 friends already! Thanks for sharing this amazing place with us

Manatee memories

This rental had amazing decor and all the fun activities we could hope for. We saw 6 manatee during our kayak adventures and 2 dolphins right bt the dock. Very clean and everything you need. Fantastic!

Everything and more!!!!

I have to say that this was the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed at. There’s nothing g you need to bring except yourselves! I loved that there was plenty of things stocked for your use on kitchen, bath products in shower etc. even spices and cooking items! We loved the location with quick access to main river? Get quiet where we were. We had fun with all the water toys and bikes. They def bring the place to life with really fun and unique decor. We spent a lot of time on back porch and at night around fire pit. Even caught fish right off dock. Saw tons of manatees kayaking and two off our dock! The continuous bug spray was a game changer for us. It made the nights outside perfect! I was so happy I researched and found this place. The neighbors were also very nice. I’ll def rent again from Tyson 👍👍

Great place with lots of amenities

Loved the property and location. My only complaint would be the amount of cleaning required on checkout with the amount we are already paying for cleaning fee. I thought that was a bit ridiculous, otherwise, the stay was great.
