Harbour Oaks 111 is a first floor (no steps) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that overlooks a lagoon. This unit has hardwood floors, an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 6. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and televisions. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Small dogs are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. Strict 2 dog limit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
. Drip and Keurig coffee makers.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
Bedding Includes:

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!
