This unit has hardwood floors, an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 6. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and televisions. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
