Equipped with 100Mbps Wifi throughout. New fully stocked kitchen with new LG stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Brand new premium soft gray leather living room furniture Flat screen TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with extensive cable package to enjoy your favorite shows and sports. Dining area provides access to private, covered patio to enjoy the wonderful Arizona outdoors! King size bed in Masterbedroom and Queen in second guest bedroom. FREE designated covered parking. Washer and Dryer are conveniently located inside condo. Electronic entry keypad requires no key for convenient self check-in and easy access. Great location. Wonderful apartment.

Clean and well equipped apartment in a very convenient location. Wonderful walkable spots to eat, shop and see! I totally recommend this spot and if ever we get our way back there we will stay again! Hosts are extremely responsive too!

Perfect Location

For 10 days this was home away from home. The location was perfect to walk to Downtown Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. The entire process was easy, condo was well appointed—we would absolutely stay again!

Great people and place!

Was in town for a work conference... Matty and Roger were very responsive to all of our questions and were very accommodating. Place is clean, in a quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities one may desire. Close to many restaurants and great shopping nearby! Would definitely stay again!

Convenient, clean, and comfortable condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Everything was exactly as described. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, and major streets. We felt very much "at home" here. The owners were very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a fantastic location.

Matty went above and beyond making sure that we had a great stay in Scottsdale. We came with our 1yo and she even made sure to get child locks for the kitchen cabinets. Great location, walking distance to Fashion Square and more. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment

Very comfortable, luxurious apartment. Quiet neighbourhood, cozy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Great communication from hosts. Only reason for 4 stars is that we couldnt seem to turn the heat on with the thermostat so it was cold at night. There were plenty of extra blankets though so not a big issue.

Loved this Condo!

This condo was lovely, clean and quiet! Beautiful stocked kitchen. High-speed internet for easy working. It was right next to everything we wanted to see. Our hostess was super attentive to our questions and needs. We could not have asked for anything more.

Perfect loca

We were met at check in with a smile and specific information by the owner, and a basket of snacks. Our unit was well equipped and very clean and quiet. A convenient area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this condo.

Perfectly located for any type of dining and entertainment.

Contemporary, clean and very accessible. The communication with the management company/ owners and the checking in and out process couldn’t have been any easier! We would definitely come back!!!!!

Perfect Scottsdale location

This was everything and more than advertised. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants and old town Scottsdale. Will try to come back here on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Excellent property

This was by far the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at: Coffee, paper towels, spices, abundance of towels, etc. Just loved it. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Almost prompt responses to my questions. Super clean. Updates throughout. Will definitely be back and will book here again.

My favorite thing about the condo is it's location to outdoor adventures! From hiking at Camelback to biking/jogging/walking on the nearby trails along the "waterfront"! I love walking on the nearby trail to Fashion Square to enjoy a fabulous lunch/dinner and then, stroll home!
