We loved this stay. Perfect for a long weekend away. The check-in process required 2 stops (everyone was friendly and helpful) while most check ins require zero stops these days. It was a little expensive given the age of the unit in the off season. It was clean and well equipped. The location is great. We saw otters, a seal, and lots of species of shore birds.

Awesome location

Loved the ocean view this place has to offer. Not too far from Monterey. Great place will definitely stay again

Great relaxing weekend

Perfect for my sisters and I. Very quiet and private. Easy check-in process and the staff at the check in office were very friendly and helpful.

Weekend at the Beach

Loved this property. Great view. Short walk to beach. Quiet and cozy. Perfect place for a weekend away.

Beautiful beach, great access to nature

A beach like this is obviously amazing when the weather is good - but the apartment is also lovely when the weather is bad. The view is great, the size inside is more than enough for a family of four, and it is neat and clean.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Pajaro. We enjoyed breathtaking views and enjoyed the pristine beach which is just steps away. The apartment was clean, and really helped us relax and enjoy our little family. It was a real treat to stay here and we would most definitely do it again.

Wanted a few days away, and this place was great to slow life down and lower our blood pressure! View is outstanding, property is lovely and even the sofa is really comfy. Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful views. Directly on the beach. Quiet. Whale spouts all over with migration.

Service exceeded expectations

In addition to a sweet unit that was squeaky clean and had a lovely view, a staff member gave us a battery jump start! Perfect experience.

Great spot for a quiet-private beach!

Really nice! Great views from deck and windows. We love the quiet/private beach! It is on the 3rd story - but the ramp makes it easy for walking up/bringing luggage. Condo could use some updating...but it was comfortable and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

A great view

Pajaro dunes is a wonderful community to visit. There are security and a gate and a reception office. The condo itself was lovely. The view was outstanding One small concern is the toilets are very short and for people with mobility issues they were hard to get up from.

Location can't be beat

We had a wonderful stay at the property and enjoyed our time in the area. My family enjoyed the beach and the recreation options offered in the community, like pickleball. I did not give this property 5 stars, as it can use a bit of updating. It was however, clean, great views and had everything we needed for our stay.

Family fun

This unit was clean, well stocked, and the view was fabulous. They made check in a breeze and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing that could have been improved was that the beds were a little hard/not super comfy. But overall it was a great stay and would stay there again!

Beautiful view

To walk out in the morning and see the ocean was amazing. The staff was all very helpful with lots of smiles. The property itself seemed to need some repair: wood needs staining, plants needed weeding and watering. Our rental itself was a bit outdated in decor but very clean and fit our family comfortably. It was a great visit and a nice in-between for Santa Cruz and Monterey activities.

Reconnecting

We didn’t know what to expect because we have never been to the area. This condo was perfect for my family of 4. We had a blast exploring the beach and relaxed watching the waves/sunsets from the deck. It was a fantastic place for us to reconnect as a family. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
