Enjoy our comfortable and relaxing home at Pajaro Dunes! This renovated condominium sleeps 5 - King, Bunk Bed with a Full on the bottom and Twin on top. 2 bedrooms, fully-furnished 1,100 sq. ft. condominium including cookware and linens. Both Living Room & Master Bedroom have Smart TVs with cable where you can stream your favorite Netflix shows! There is no place like the beach to spend a relaxing getaway or vacation with friends and family. Perfect private location and close enough to enjoy of both Santa Cruz and Monterey County attractions! Our condo faces Santa Cruz perfect for breathtaking sunsets.

This condominium is on the third level with amazing and stunning ocean views! This home is equipped with Keurig Coffee maker AND a coffee kit so you can enjoy your morning coffee to a beautiful sunrise or sunset! A washer & dryer is also equipped in this condo, if you need supplies or have any questions, call our resort staff.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Our attentive resort staff is available on site 7 days a week from 9-5.

This vacation spot was awesome. There is so much to do on the property. The first night we were there we watched the moon setting over the ocean. It was magical. The unit had everything we needed, including an air mattress so that our three kids had separate beds. I recommend strawberry picking if you can. I discovered that strawberries right off the vine are so much more flavorful than the strawberries in the store.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. We absolutely loved the views from the big windows. We walked the beach every day, found shells, played pickleball and the kids (ages 13 and 9) even played in the ocean - in November!

Fabulous Condo!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo. It is beautifully remodeled and has an amazing view. Very convenient to the beach and quiet.

Peaceful Pajaro

Pajaro Dunes is a very peaceful area. The condo was clean, fully supplied with everything we needed, comfortable, fantastic view and we even saw a baby seal down on the beach one morning! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Condo!

We LOVED our stay and found this condo perfect for all our needs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, had super comfortable furniture and beds, and an amazing view! Pajaro Dunes is one of my favorite places and it was a perfect stay for our family. We also hope to rent this condo again!!

Beautiful view

Amazing property, super clean. They have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout! Really comfy and homey place. Staff in office for checkin are amazing! Really easy beach access from every building! We will stay again

Girls weekend

Our stay was wonderful and the place was great. Out only complaint was that windows in the living room needed to be cleaned from the outside.

Beautiful all around

We have stayed in various units in this complex area, lovely area, beautiful beach and quiet. Only thing I’d add for this unit is better curtains in the bedrooms, very sheer.

Lovely location. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for more really. One of the sinks was draining slowly but we didn’t spend much time in the condo so we worked around it and let management know when we left.

Nicely situated between Santa Cruz and Monterrey

The property is as advertised in the pictures, the staff responsive to the needs. The road to the resort is difficult, especially if you are arriving at night with no lighting. However, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

Very clean and relaxing place to stay. And you can't beat the view, it's gorgeous! This place is on the 3rd floor,but is very easy access. And it's maybe 1 minute max to the beach - it's just steps away. There is carpet throughout FYI, so if you're thinking of bringing messy little ones I would recommend no spaghetti. :) We really enjoyed our stay!

Vacay

Pajaro dunes is a beautiful resort. Lots of trees and the beach is full of sand dollars. Staff at check in and in the shop are informative and kind. There is also security at the entrance which is comforting. The area is off the beaten path but close to bigger cities. We had a great time!

Incredible, cozy stay.

We love this place so much! We will forever come back to this exact unit. The views are insane and the updates are perfect. The kitchen was fantastic and well-equipped for cooking for our family of 4 and there is a grill on the deck for easy dinners. Overall it was great for kids and great for beach days. We just loved it.

It was an easy process for checking in.

We really enjoyed the view of the unit.I know everyone is different in picking a bed mattress but for us the master felt like you were sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The bunk beds were more comfortable.Over all it was a great stay thanks.

Relaxing Stay At The Beach

We love this unit and hope to come back to it every year. It's so comfortable and well-stocked and is perfect for our family of 4. The view is incredible and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean can't be beat. It was also amazing to be at the beach on Labor Day weekend and not be on top of other people - the beaches just a few hundred feet away were totally packed. The staff at Pajaro Dunes is awesome and takes such good care of you when you're there.

Great View

Location has an excellent view from the living room and balcony. Bedrooms and furniture are nice. Pictures make it appear a little nicer than it is, but it's not bad. Deck leading to front door is getting questionable. Kitchen appliances and utensils are not the best if you plan on cooking much. Toiletries and towels leave much to be desired. Pretty nice overall, but it did not quite reach expectations for the premium paid.

Beautiful Property

We took a much needed break with our two kids at this beautiful property. The condo is well updated and very clean. The beach is an easy 3 minute walk. Although this condo is on the 3rd floor (which makes it feel very private and quiet), there is a ramp until you reach the final flight of steps (ie, not 3 flights of steps) The views from the common rooms are fantastic! I am from CA and spend lots of time at the beach. What I like about this one is that there are very few people, calm waves suitable for children, very wide and long beach for walks, and amazing sunsets. We visited in November and the weather was great all week. We would definitely spend time here again. Thank you!

Updated and Comfortable

We’ve stayed in a number of different units here and this was one of our favorites! Love the updated touches. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we had a great time! The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as other units, but we were able to do what we needed to with what was there. The only bummer was that the smart tv is hooked to the owner’s Internet but we were only given the property management Internet to connect to. There was a connection issue with the apps, so we weren’t able to use any of the streaming apps like Netflix or Prime that were available. Otherwise a great stay!

Great vacation spot

This is a beautiful, updated property in Pajaro dunes. It was perfect for our family of 4. Previous reviews mention the master bed being hard. Something must have been changed as it was amazing. There is a memory foam topper on the bed and it feels like you are sinking into a cocoon. Our stay was literally the best nights of sleep I have had in years. Couch is awesome. It is oversized and was comfortable for the entire family to sit on and enjoy a movie. Loved it so much I am looking for a similar size one to update our house. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Loved the gas grill on the deck. Nice size to BBQ for all of us. Nice to have as an option as there was a power outage one evening while we were there. The gas grill allowed us to cook dinner without missing a beat. Overall we loved this property. Even with being on the third floor it was not difficult for my husband with MS to access given the ramps available. We will definitely be back. Thank you for renting to us!

Location is 10 stars...you can't get any closer to the beach. Weather was amazing. Layout of condo was great. Wasn't as clean as I would have liked....there were hairs in the shower and the rug by the shower/toilet smelled of urine. Carpet had stains and gum wrappers were in the couch cushions....and no I didn't go looking for them. I sat down and saw them. The kitchen seemed newly remodeled but that's about it. I think tissue papers is better than the toilet paper and Kleenex they had provided. Overall, I'd probably stay there again but if I could find something better I'd go with another condo.

Lovey View

The. Master bed, shower, and views were super nice. The decorating design was well done. We enjoyed our stay and looking out at the ocean.

Wonderful place to spend a girls weekend
