OceanPoint!! Wow!!! The views, the carriage house, the property…!!! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and did not want to leave… Everything we needed and more. Frank, the manager of the property, delightful! And so helpful with great recommendations from sights to see, places to visit and food to eat. Such lovely experience. Will definitely be back!!

This may have been the best Vrbo we have ever used. The entire area is beautiful, but we could have just stayed and enjoyed the gorgeous view at Ocean Spray. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and well-stocked. Communication was excellent, and the hosts were responsive when we had questions. I don’t know when we will make it back to Boothbay, but this will be our first consideration when we do.

Wonderful everything! Clean, million dollar view and complete serenity. Communication is excellent and the seaside “cottage” has everything you could want for comfort. I have been here several times and can’t be happier. Many, many thanks to the wonderful hosts.

Very clean, very close to ocean...i believe the kitchen was well stocked for cooking altho, i mainly used the coffee maker and teakettle!We really enjoyed the chairs right down next to the sea with aglass of wine in the evening. Hope to return again

Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed.The immediate area is peaceful and quiet with the ocean just steps from the apartment. Travel to Boothbay is easy. The botanical gardens are definitely worth a visit.It was very easy to communicate with both the owners and the property manager. Would not hesitate to stay again!

My husband and I spent 3 nights there and found it very relaxing. We found some nice restaurants and breweries, did some shopping and visited with family. We would definitely go back, great location.

Had a great stay! Such a beautiful secluded spot, but also close to boothbay harbor and a lot of other Maine coast activities. The apartment itself was clean and nice and everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place and location!

This is everything you want from a Maine vacation. Quiet and private location, beautiful rocky oceanfront, clean and well-kept living space with all the necessary amenities. We had a great stay!

Exactly the vacation stay we were looking for! Quiet, comfortable, clean, cozy, and with absolutely the best views. This property is phenomenal, and I know you’ll love sitting outside watching the ocean as much as we did!

A beautiful house in an ideal location!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Everything is wonderfully maintained and I would definitely recommend staying here if you want ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere.
