Unit 35- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium in the Tower | View of the neighboring sea grapes | Voted America's #1 Beach!! A two bedroom two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of our Grand Tower Building. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 32” television. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a 32” television. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub with a glass door enclosure. The patio is enclosed with with windows that can be opened to enjoy the nice breeze and has a 26" flat screen TV. The living room which is equipped with a 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and 12 cup coffeemaker and a Keurig. The condo is tiled throughout except the bedrooms have carpet, and the sliding windows allow you to allow enjoy the ocean breezes.

Great First-Time Visit to Siesta Key

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club is top notch in regard to their hospitality, security, and groundskeeping! When speaking to other guests on the beach during our stay, I completely understand why Palm Bay Club guests come back time and time again! Unit 35 in the Tower was in an overall great location especially for my 81 year old mother as it was easy for her to access the beach. This unit was on the back side of the building near the resort's heating and cooling system. Thus, there was a constant noise (almost like loud wind), but we kept the windows closed for the most part, so it became more like white noise. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Would definitely consider this unit again for the great price.

Great HOWEVER not at fault of lister!!!!!

The actual property was great and detailed excellent in the app. HOWEVER not at fault of the lister.. the general manager was very unprofessional, short, and rude. The hot tub was not working for 4 of the 5 day we stayed. We Made multiple inquires towards the staff on it being broken. ( the front desk girls were great) Had multiple claims it was fixed when it was not..taking up our whole trip of going back checking to see if it was warm when they said it was fixed but it was not..this was at least x 4 during our stay. We talked to the general manager, he was very unprofessional, short, and inconsiderate. Stating “You didn’t come to Florida just for a hot tub” I have stayed in the facility before with great reviews and we understand the complications that come. With the whirlspools/pools. however the poor quality of customer service/ understanding of the facilities not working for x4 of our 5 days present..instead of acting with understanding, he acted with attitude and defensiveness which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a general manager. I DO NOT record bad reviews unless I am very upset about services however this was the result with this manager. ALL other staff and facilities were so great and highly recommended

July 4th, 2023 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days in the Tower unit 035. The unit was nice beds were comfortable. Toilet in 2nd bath doesn't work that great. Shower is in need of updating in the Master. Overall the unit was very nice. The biggest problem we had was one of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time. Talking with other guests this is a common occurrence. The beach is literally right out the front door of this building which was awesome. The front door to this bldg is secure as you need a key. The back door was not locked and looked broken. The grounds were very pretty and clean. Security was always around and very nice. A very good spot to watch fireworks!!

Would not recommend this apartment

Reviewer Comments: Palm Bay Club as a property is nice- lovely pools, great beach and friendly staff. I would not recommend this specific apartment however- badly in need of an upgrade, everything dated and dirty, trash under the beds. Just ick.

Reviewer Comments: The beach access was nice but we were disappointed in the accommodation's. The property and furniture was dated. It didn't feel clean. It wasn't stocked well at all. One of the elevators was down the entire week.

Palm Bay 3rd floor condo

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean except the garbage disposal was clogged, which I fixed. The furniture was a little worn. A sofa pillow had a hole, one of the family room chairs had ripped fabric, and the TV was old technology. One of the blinds did not work, and in the master, one of the curtai s was off the hook. I would have perferred a blackout shade. It gets light early in florida. On the balcony, there was a red stain on the chair and the balcony smelled like cigarette smoke even after we tried to air it out. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was chipped. This unit does not have a beach view and should not be marketed as such. It was nice to have the extra space of a 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

The washer/dryer was in the hall not in the unit. The property was very clean and well maintained with the exception of one light bulb being missing and one burner control broken on the stove. The property management was helpful in getting on WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.

Great Beach, Great property, Great View! Need pool at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Palm Bay Club, we've stayed there several times. This time however, we had to wear a wrist band and so did the resort next door. Because of the wrist bands, I really feel that Palm Bay needs to add a swimming pool at the gulf end of the property, near the tower. You could put it in the grass near the circle drive at the beach. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. One more thing, please make towels available for the change room near the office, we didn't want to bring towels out of our room for the change room, and there were none available for us.

Great property for short terms rental!

Very nice property, clean unit. It felt very safe. Our unit did not have a view of the beach (none were available), but we were very pleased with the unit and how close the tower is to the beautiful beach.

My family had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time. The location of the tower was right there by the beach. Unit 35 furniture badly needed an upgrade. The pullout sofa was almost useless, the foam cushioning was very old. This unit description says "partial view" but because of overgrown vegetation/trees, there was no beach view at all. My family still want to come back another time but we will be picking a different unit.

Spring Break in Siesta Key

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time in Siesta Key. As for this rental, it was in a perfect location right by the beach. We also thought the layout was nice, the beds were comfortable and the condo was very spacious. However, for the price, it is in need of an update. The decor and overall look is outdated. There is no view of the beach due to the growth of the trees outside the window. Also, the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies were old and sparse. I probably would not rent here again but we did have a very nice time.

Siesta Key Girl’s trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our location in the tower was great! The condo could use some updating. We did not rent a car so our driver dropped us off at the office. We asked the ladies at the front desk if we could have help getting our luggage to our room and they said No. We asked if we could use a luggage cart and they said they didn’t have any at the office. It was a very bad first impression and it didn’t get any better. There were several staff driving around on golf carts everywhere but they were not allowed to help us??? It was a very long way to our room. We will not go back to this place.

Beautiful Siesta Key Florida

This was the easiest check in ever. Our condo was sparkling clean. It is close to the beach, described as a partial water view, couldn't see the water. The pool areas were both great. Lots of towels too. The beach is beautiful.

Palm Bay Club 30 yrs later

This was a last minute rental because we got Frontier Airline $40 R/T tix and because we had not been to Siesta key since the ‘80s We wanted to stay in the Tower because it is right on the beach. The staff were great answering questions and easy check-in This unit looked like it did in the 80’s ( frozen in time ) it was very clean but needs a total makeover ( black out shades in bedroom and HDTV to name a few) Al in all we were happy to be back at the PBC and chillin on the magnificent beach for 5 days As we checked out the girl at the desk explained to us why the unit has not been refurbished ( elderly owner not wanting to spend $)She also showed us upgraded unit w gulf view ( our view was parking lot and dumpsters) “A diamond in the rough “ we will return

Wonderful condo in a great location!!

This condo is right on the beach, about halfway between Siesta Key Beach and the Point of Rocks. It was so easy to get to Siesta Key Beach (either driving or walking) for our beach volleyball tournament. The condo itself was comfortable- so nice to have a kitchen with all the pots and pans we needed. We were a little confused about how to recycle things, until we found the recycling containers in the hall closet on our last day! Also the laundry facility was right outside our condo, which was convenient. Finally, having beach towels to use in the condo and beach chairs for the private beach right outside the condo was awesome!
