Unit 63- 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. This two bedroom two bathroom gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower Building. The condo has all new hurricane strength windows. The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV in both bedrooms. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars as well. The open plan kitchen has an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout entire unit. The comfortably furnished patio has been incorporated into the living room and has sliding windows which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property. This unit has a seven (7) night minimum stay required. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
