Unit 114- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV and there is a new sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a standard 12 cup coffee maker. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is furnished and has an enclosed patio with sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
