NEW Self contained- Beautiful Mt. View- Bungalow

We are located near the Alaska State Fair Grounds, outside city limits in the farm area. These New Bungalows have an unobstructed view of Pioneer Peak, that showcases amazing sunsets. Each Bungalow Sleeps 2 max., with a Queen Bed and a *American Leather* Tempur-pedic , No Bar- pull out sleeper. All bungalows have a kitchen area, counter with bar stools and full bathroom. My bungalows are not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for children under 12, they have a hot heater inside and a porch deck without railing. Amenities Include: Free Wifi, Coffee Maker, Dishes/Silverware, Fridge/freezer, Inductive Heating Plate, Pots and Pans, 40” Flat Screen With Netflix

The bungalows are very clean, nicely furnished, and the property/views are gorgeous! Yvonne is a wonderful host and makes sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We stayed in the Katherine bungalow for 2 nights to enjoy the State Fair without battling traffic to/from Anchorage. Comfortable bedding with plenty of blankets, no light pollution, and complete silence throughout the night allowed us to fully recharge before and after Fair activities. The view from the bed and front porch is beautiful! Yvonne is a superb host and has deep roots in the area, so it was a pleasure getting to hear some her family’s history in Palmer. We will keep her place in our favorite file and look forward to staying with her again.

Soccer tournament

Perfect place for a couple to stay. Beautiful location, clean, close to town. And the hosts are very nice and accommodating. I would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Hosts are wonderful. The cabin was beautiful, immaculate and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. We loved our week long stay and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Very good communication from the hosts. The view was stunning. Very close to the fairgrounds but felt like you were in your own world when you got back. It was perfect for us to relax after a long day around a crowd.

Beautiful cabins! Loved the view!

The hosts were friendly, warm. The view was amazing! These were the nicest, cleanest cabins we have stayed in. The location on outer Springer Loop made traveling to Palmer and Hatcher Pass easy and Anchorage was a quick jaunt to the highway.

Palmer Perfect

This is a perfect spot, and the bungalow is perfect. Bed is so comfortable and the views of Pioneer mountain are beautiful. Very quiet too! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the lovely owner!

Great property and units. The owners were awesome to work with! We had some last minute changes and they worked with us to figure everything out, which was so nice! Would definitely stay again!
