Newly remodeled and comfortable upper floor condominium just off the Necanicum River and only a short walk to Convention Center, downtown, and beach. Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including King bed in the master bedroom, , and Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Full bath with tub/shower combo off the hall. Living room has comfortable seating, cable TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher, dinette set with sliders to balcony with river view. Free internet access. Unit is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people with no more than 2 vehicles allowed. No pets or smoking allowed. Guests are allowed to use the laundry facilities free of charge.

Great place to stay with kids, even babies/toddlers!

This little spot was so great for our family as there are two bedrooms, a shower/bath, big living room, balcony with a view of the river, walking distance to just about everything like the beach & restaurants, and it was clean.

Absolutely amazing place to stay

Close to everything, very nice two bedroom, large family room. Excellent all around. Will be sending to all of my family and friends. Definitely will be coming back

Workshop accomodations

Bathroom is quite small and furnishings are somewhat dated; however, everything was clean and the location was nice and reasonably quiet. Thank you.

Great Seaside Trip

Great location and fun place to come and getaway from our everyday life for a little while. We enjoyed how close the condo was to everything and that we could walk everywhere. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We would stay here again!

Perfect space for a beach vacation

We had an awesome time having this space to ourselves during my family reunion over the 4th of July. The living area is spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is decked out with all of the cooking utensils you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized. Heat lamps in the bathroom. My two biggest complaints were that the light switch in the bathroom was very annoying and not easy to use, and the laundry facilities were difficult to get into. Our instructions should have had a laundry code, but we had to ask the manager for it, and even then it would'nt unlock for us.

Great value and location

The condo was a good value. It was comfortable, located 3 blocks to the beach, shopping and food. Drawbacks were that laundry was on site but not available, also there was no toaster or toaster oven.

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing stay for our three day adventure. The beds were really comfy. Location was close to the beach and downtown. We really really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Unit With Good Location

Nice clean unit with good location. But it is an upstairs unit with no elevator making it difficult for seniors to haul luggage upstairs. And the kitchen lighting is poor. Keep in mind that a 75 y/0 male is writing this review.

Home away from home!

We were in town for a dance competition so this location (about a 2 minute walk from the convention center) was ideal! But we were still so close to everything else and didn’t use our car once! As a self proclaimed clean freak, this place was great! Very clean and had cleaning supplies available to keep it that way during our stay! Comfortable beds, cozy living area, and fully stocked kitchen!

Very nice, spacious and clean. The only thing I had a problem with, was their is no tv in the bedroom.The property did compensate me for this so I am happy. I will stay there again

Great location but………..

Loved the location of this property and how quiet it was. One block to the convention center and five blocks to the beach. This property is older and it is really showing it’s age. The beds were hard as rocks and the unit just wasn’t clean. Cobwebs in all of the corners and dirt along the tops of the baseboards. One wall had a foot-long gouge in it that hadn’t been repaired.Either the bulbs were burned out or they weren’t strong enough but the kitchen was a dark hole. We had to take one of the living room lights and put it in the kitchen to be able to see.

Quiet spot, easy access to everything

Great little location off the main touristy area, but easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Living room furniture is pretty worn, especially the couch (sofa sleeper not usable) but everything else is very nice. Wish there were 2 bathrooms & laundry but I knew that when renting. It'd be nice to have ceiling fans for some air circulation too. Overall, a quaint little condo worth checking out!

Better than expected!!

The unit was super clean and met all our needs! Walking distance to downtown//the beach was a major bonus! Only wish there had been a fan or ac in the unit was it got rather hot while we were there, but overall, it was great!!

Good location

The location was perfect! Close to all activities. The condo itself was clean and the kitchen was stocked well. The property management staff were fantastic. Few things…. With there being no access to the laundry room 7 towels for a family of 4 that are staying an entire week did not work. Also the hida couch is a hazard. It looks as though they tried to zip tie the wires at the end of the bed part. This is a huge safety issue, and was not usable during our stay. There is no fixing this “antique” couch it needs replaced before someone is injured.
