Perfect for 2 adults and 2 young children. Beautifully decorated, super clean and fantastic location to get to beach club, restaurants and the beach. Camp watercolor was only a few minutes away. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Excellent condo in prime location

The condo was just perfect. It was in a great location and had access to amenities at the Watercolor Inn. The bikes allowed us to really explore the area without ever having to use our car. The condo was very clean, and the master bed was very comfortable. The deck was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location

Beautiful condo. Directly across from Watercolor Inn, overlooking 30A. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for one adult & 3 teens.

Quick trip back to Watercolor, but never disappoints. Condo was in a great location and very nice.

Perfect

The wife and I loved this place. The location was great and the property was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for a long birthday weekend for the two of us. We would stay here again and may even bring the boys next time. The stairs could be tricky for younger kids though.

Great location!

This property was clean, spacious, and had a great location. Short walk to the beach, the Beach Club, shopping, and many spots to eat. We had a great time!!!

Loved this beautiful property! Great Location

we did have my sister come on Thanksgiving day to visit and break her foot on stairs. Our friends from home that have house in Watercolor came over to visit and their son fell on stairs also and had to get stitches. Alcohol not involved in both cases. My 9 year old loves loft space but the stairs are a bit scary. Not sure if we will stay again because of the stairs.

Great trip!

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had a couple small issues but nothing terrible. We were able to social distance and still have a good time. Which is a tough thing to do!

The most perfect vacation

The most perfect vacation starts with attitude and from start to finish we felt spoiled and cared for! An incredible location with all the amenities and so much more!! The space is small but they have made so much sue out of every inch of the condo! The only negative is the sofa bed (which is one of the fluffiest and softest couches ever) was just a couch. It did not make out to a bed. You just remove the back pillow and sleep on couch. But as long as my son didn't mind it worked out perfectly. The deck is unreal how long it is. I would rent again!

Location was perfect! VERY CLEAN and furnished comfortably. Only negative was the neighbor in unit next door was up until 3 am and I had to politely ask them to quiet down. Stairs to loft are tricky but my kids are older so they loved them.

We had a great time in WaterColor! The gulf water is gorgeous! Clean beaches, friendly people and great food! Our condo was beautifully decorated and accommodated our party of four just fine. The stairs up to the loft are a little sketchy and must be carefully maneuvered, very steep. Bike availability was really nice also.
