Great amenities. Excellent location for us. Having a breakfast bar in lieu of a table was the only adjustment but it worked out OK. Outstanding bathroom. Full laundry was very handy. We would recommend it to friends.

Stephen and his wife were wonderful guests. They were respectful of the space, took great care of the property, and left everything in excellent condition. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout their stay. I truly appreciated hosting them and would gladly recommend to other hosts. Always welcome at my place!

Andreas was an amazing host! The accommodations were exactly as pictured, beautifully updated, clean and cozy. The location was convenient for hiking and seeing a concert at Red Rocks. Highly recommend!

A must book

Me and my partner recently booked a 5 day stay and were extremely impressed with this place. The location is in a quiet community, allows for travel without needing to use I-25(aside from leaving the airport), and is very easy to get to.The host was super friendly, super responsive, and overall went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, quiet, and close to stores. Kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and everything else to make meals. We went for the golf. The three courses we played were close to the apartment and reasonably priced.I recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Denver Colorado.

The perfect landing spot

The apartment was nicely appointed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Andreas was the consummate host, answering questions whenever needed. After significant travel, it was the perfect place to rest.

Fantastic!!

The suite was clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and great extra touches (coffee and tea pods, shampoo, conditioner, water). The yard, patio and landscaping was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. This Host has thought of everything for your stay and I would highly recommend booking this property.

Impressive space

This apartment was a delight to stay in. It was extremely clean and upscale, the owner left had snacks and drinks available, the steam shower was very relaxing. It’s in a safe neighborhood and we never worried about our things or our safety. I highly recommend it, and the host was available for any questions or concerns.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The property was stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. The backyard was pristine, the deck was gorgeous, and the apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.We immediately felt safe, welcomed, and right at home. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear that Andreas takes great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.The location was perfect for our trip—especially for attending a concert at Red Rocks—and it also made it easy to explore Denver and the surrounding areas. Unrivaled hospitality. Andreas is the ultimate host, with the most peaceful, clean, and well-furnished place at which I've stayed. Aside from being highly responsive to my questions, he was incredibly anticipatory, and kind. If you are fortunate enough to stumble across this rental when it's available, I highly recommend staying at his property. It's a beautiful, serene place, and you won't regret it. I felt so safe here, in the rental, outside in the garden, and in the neighborhood in general. Nice area for morning walks, conveniently close to Trader Joe's, Natural Grocers, Great Harvest, Whole Foods, banks and restaurants, and anything else you could need! The steam room was amazing and the grill and patio areas were such comfortable bonus spaces.

I seem to have missed the line in the description that said it was in the basement. This was not ideal for me or my husband. The place was beautifully done. Too warm but we opened one window. Nicely done but the steps down to the unit were steep. Because of our age we won't be renting it again.

Travelers are encouraged to read the entire information and guest reviews of a listing! These might contain important information that can be helpful to find the right place! The apartment has its own heating and cooling system, controllable by a touch screen thermostat that can be adjusted by the guest to the desired comfort level, including heated floors in the tiled areas. All doorways, steps/stairs are in compliance with city codes in order to be a licensed STR within the city of Centennial! I'm always available for questions or concerns before a reservation is made, during the duration of a stay and after the trip. Happy traveling :-)

Amazing host and property

I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The host went above and beyond to welcome me and ensure my comfort . The property was immaculate and full of modern amenities. I also enjoyed the beautiful flowers and well kept outdoor areas. I was here on a solo trip. Due to a mixup of plans I was on site majority of my stay. I felt very at home and relaxed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home !

Very clean and aesthetically appealing. Check in was flawless. We were comfortable and pleased with the basement apartment. There were many odd doors that were locked leading to ?? The kitchen and bar are split into two rooms so cooking or making coffee required us to go back and forth between the two rooms. Everything was clean and new. We loved the heated bathroom floors! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Immaculate + Comfortable + Great Location = Superb!

Amazing 7 day stay at this apartment hosted by Andreas. We loved the location, as it was close to everything, and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We spent some time on the private patio enjoying the mild weather and snuggling with the resident kitty, Gato. The interior looks brand new with furnishings and décor are modern and simple allowing plenty of space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is spacious and has a steam shower, which was super nice after a day of hiking or physical activities. Oh, and the heated floors were a nice touch! Andreas has thought of everything! Will stay here again the net time we visit.

A TRUE GEM IN SOUTH DENVER

Husband and I stayed for 8 nights while we combined a work/play vacation. Could not have made a better choice for a home base while we visited Denver and the outlying areas. This luxury apartment had all we needed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Our host had put a lot of thought into making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to eat-in if we so chose. Towels and linens were of the best quality. The bed was comfortable. The steam shower was AWESOME! Andreas was the perfect host and a delight to get to know. If we ever come back to Denver, I hope this apartment will be available! It's the best!

Andreas is the most wonderful host for a fabulous property. We stayed for the month of August and everything was beyond perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, it had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area was perfect for those beautiful Colorado evenings. We had easy access to the high line canal for bike rides and walks. I hope we can come again.

Fabulous!

This property is one of the best if not THE BEST! Super clean and spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly want. The only thing I would say other than PERFECT is to just be aware that there are stairs leading to the apartment. Andreas was a wonderful host and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is spacious and was immaculately clean! The little touches of water bottles, pop and snacks were a nice touch. The apartment included everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend!

Parents nest during the holidays

This place was the perfect escape for my parents while visiting here at Thanksgiving. They absolutely loved their stay and were amazed by the property. They also commented on the snow removal, which was superb, especially since my dad can have trouble with stairs.

Perfect!

This property lacks nothing! The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is perfectly safe, the interior is updated and very clean and there's even an outdoor space for guests to use. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental in this area. Andreas is also their perfect host!
