This is a two bedroom one bath newly renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, master bedroom with queen-sized bed, TV the second bedroom an featuring queen beds, TV , and a screened in balcony with a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker & regular coffee maker, crock pot, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. This unit can sleep a maximum of 4 people. There is a cozy dining area that sits four, and a very large living area with a 50" flat screen TV, and a large leather couch for all your comfort needs. The living room includes Spectrum CABLE TV. The private balcony features chairs so you can enjoy your favorite morning cup of coffee with a beautiful view of the pool. This condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home. It is located on the second floor and offers an outdoor storage space for bikes. Wi-FI, washer & dryer are located in the condo as well. You will find towels,beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler are all included for a fun and relaxing stay.

Beach Way offers a large heated pool with a barbeque patio area, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, and Seminole Mall, a brand new shopping center, is 5 minutes away and offers many restaurants and stores.These stores are within walking distance.

Madiera Beach and Redington Beach are located 3 miles/or 5-7min away with free parking.

Just ok

Nowhere to eat, no table and chairs and bar stools are too short to be of any use. 4 spoons and knives, and coffee cups, no grilling tools. We loved the complex location and pool but wouldn’t stay there again

A hidden gem

Our stay was fantastic, great location, condo was very clean, and a nice getaway for us. Onsite management was very responive as well. The only downside i have seen mentioned is the noise from the upstairs unit. Not the fault of the owners but the soundproofing didn't work as hoped. We adjusted quickly.The only downside

Nice complex, elephants live above

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Nice and clean. There were no beach chairs or anything as stated. Pool was nice. The rules in condo are a little different than posted on here. It's stated that be curtious to other condos around you, but the people above are walking like elephants most of the day. You'd think that something could be done about it, but by previous reviews, it has not. Shameful. Would we stay here again? Only if something was guaranteed about the people above.

unsatisfactory - but the pool and grounds are very nice

It was very disturbing that the owners upstairs were loudly trampling around in the apartment every day from before 7 a.m. until the evening. This ruined our one month vacation. In addition, the communication with the landlady was a disaster. The answers / reaction came days later or not at all.

1st time Retirement trip

Very nice and clean. Exactly as stated in the advertisement. Nice gated community. Wonderful warm water pool. Great “work out” room. Very close to Madeira Beach. Enjoyed many surrounding golf courses, restaurants and markets. Would highly recommend this condo. Reasonably priced. But very loud upstairs neighbors. Every single night for a month it sounded like stomping, heavy running and pounding. I know the owner can’t control this, but the issue definitely needs addressed

Nice place

Everything was perfect about our stay except the people above walking. It was very loud. I am not sure why they were walking so much and so hard. It was difficult to sleep some nights. I am not sure what can be done though. We just put on some brown noise and ear plugs at night. We sort of got used to it after awhile. We would stay again.

No elevator and over head Noise upstairs

Nice and clean everything there . But the upstairs noise was really bad. Someone walking like horses. No elevator. I like that i t was gated. Thank you host for the nice Christmas gift 🎁.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for 3 weeks waiting on our house closing / move in date. It felt like home away from home. The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, the condo/ unit had everything we needed and was very clean! The grounds and amenities made it feel like a vacation! The residents are super friendly too! I will recommend VRBO to all my friends and family when they visit from NY.

Family Visit

The condo was very comfortable throughout our stay. The only difference from the ad was the 1 bedroom had a queen bed, like the other and not 2 twin beds, as promised, but we made it work. As far as check-in, the office was closed. We filled out a form, and dropped it at the front of the office, the next morning. The woman there hardly made any eye contact with me and just told me to drop the form at the front table & take a parking form to put in our windshield. Other than that, which is probably pretty normal these days, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The pool was very nice!

Comfortable

The condo was clean, beds comfortable, all amenities for kitchen were available to use, beach towels & chairs for the beach, coolers, umbrella etc. The Upstairs patrons were very noisy it was very annoying, in booking you have to pay a cleaning fee and then are expected to make sure there are no dishes in the sink or dishwasher, put all towels in washer, remove all garbage from unit, a little steep cleaning fee I think when your expected to do things listed above. All in all the complex is well kept, nice pool area, grounds are well groomed.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO apartment. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also loved the pool! We had some problems getting into the apartment but the owner responded really quick to our message and made sure we could get inside. We also notices that or the floor outside on the balcony or inside was a bit dirty. Our feet and socks became pretty grey on the bottom. But we are not the pickiest people. Overall we loved our vacation!

Beautiful, Clean Property

There are a lot of pros for this property. We really liked it. When we first entered, we were immediately aware of how clean it was. It has been well taken care of and was comfortable. It’s a nice size condo with a nice, wide bathtub! The condo is in a gated community and has a beautiful pool. There were a few things that we were not happy about. First, the security deposit is unusually excessive. And it took two weeks after the stay to get it returned. The condo itself wasn’t well stocked so we had to buy many essentials ourselves. Also, the neighbors upstairs were noisy in the mornings. The check out instructions were rather lengthy and we spent our last morning cleaning and putting stuff away. This on top of the cleaning fee. Lastly, the communication we had with the owner was puzzling. It was clear that the check in was using a security code. There was no reason to see the owner when we checked in. However, 30 minutes after check in (and we hadn’t checked in yet) she messaged through the app AND through my cell phone number and asked when we were checking in. In the check in information sent days prior to check in, there was mention of a camera being used upon entrance to see how many people were coming in. So I felt that we were being watched- I mean, how did she know we weren’t there at check in time? Overall the condo was really nice, but with the high deposit and the odd communication with the owner, we won’t be staying there again.

Summer vacation 2022

Excellent place to stay! We ended up arriving to Florida a little earlier and was able to check in. Gate access was easy. We were unable to get parking pass due to service desk being opened M-F. Contacted owners and was told it would be fine until Monday. We had no issues at all. Walked into condo and was amazed at how clean it was. It smelled freshly cleaned and very nice. The condo itself has everything you could think of. The owners supply everything but the beach and food for you! Soap for laundry and dish tabs were available. All dinnerware was readily available as well. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was spacious and had hot water. Owner also has a closet full of beach/pool items that you can use. A small cooler, large cooler, chairs, floats, umbrella, etc. It made it really nice to be able to borrow these items and not buy new ones to use while there. As far as location, we felt this place was perfect! It’s close to several different stores, restaurants, and beaches. It’s not far from any of them. A five minute drive and you arrive at any of them. Definitely a gem for the price! No hassles or regrets.

Relaxing quiet

Nice clean condo but …..

Nice clean condo ! It’s on the 2 nd floor and the 3rd floor apt over us was very loud . Sound like kids riding toys on the floor all afternoon. Someone entered the condo through the looked door and stole a bottle of Perfume & a beach coverup while we were there . I didn’t notice them missing until we returned home and unpacked . Owner didn’t do anything.

Great stay!

It was a great stay! The unit was awesome. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs neighbours walk quite loud so it sounds like furniture is being moved for an hour straight. If you’re looking to cook there’s not much for cooking Utensils / dish ware. Other than that it was an awesome stay!
